Ordered a large pizza, received a medium size instead. When I called to try to rectify the issue, the manager told me, that was just how it worked when you order a pan pizza. She said it shrinks. She offered no real resolution to the problem, just said she was sorry. Well, we have two other pizza places in Sissonville that offer better deals and actually do what they say they will do, if I order a large, I actually get a large at the other places.

Wouldn’t recommend this pizza hut. Getting the job half done isn’t acceptable for me. My pizza was literally sloppy and not even cut. I don’t usually complain about cutting my own pizza but it was literally all over the place. Im also scared that my cheese in the stuffed crust is ol. My 2liter was forgotten as well (not the worst thing that could happen). I only ordered because Ginos was closed unfortunately.

Terrible Pizza Hut. Ordered at 6:50 and was supposed to be delivered at 7:30. Started calling at 7:35 all the way up until 9 with no answer. Drive all the way out there to try and get my order and the lady told me she tried to call me and the number was disconnected and was extremely rude to me. Didn’t try and help at all and was disrespectful. Waited almost 3 hours and never got our food because there was no delivery driver. This pizza hut needs to be tore down in sissonville and replaced with something that can actually do it’s job

Absolutely RIDICULOUS. They take orders then don’t bother to deliver them. The drivers can’t find houses no matter how good of direction you give . They deliver the wrong orders to the wrong houses. When they do manage to deliver your order it’s three hours late. Sometimes they don’t even have drivers . By far worst Pizza Hut around. Notice the time on the order . It’s now 1156 pm I’m pretty sure they aren’t coming . A simple phone call would’ve been nice !

Not reliable! Don’t rely on delivery. We don’t order pizza often, but tonight was the forth time this year they called up after our order was placed to let us know they don’t have a delivery driver. Normally they call pretty quick after the order is placed, but tonight they waited 25 minutes to call us when they estimated a 40 minutes delivery… I mean, let’s be honest, they knew long ago that they didn’t have a driver but let us sittung around for 25 minutes and gave me only 15 minutes to figure out and to prepare another dinner. Hussons from here out.
