It’s hit and miss and honestly the best pizza I get from here is a personal pan. I was pretty disappointed this visit with my pizza. Where’s the cheese? And i asked for the buttery crust. The staff is friendly though

Placed an online order and when we got there they tried to give us the wrong order. They stated that was the only order under my name. We had the email confirmation for the correct order, so I know it was ordered correctly. We didn’t have time to wait for them to remake the order correctly and said we wanted a refund. The worker told us they would refund the order. The next day I still didn’t have a refund and started trying to contact the store with no luck. I tried on and off for three days with no one answering. I have currently been on hold now for 30 minutes still no answer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a Pizza Hut. I would recommend if you are ordering to pay upon receiving your order and don’t prepay. I shouldn’t have to pay for pizza that was never received.

1st thing they made the wrong pizza so had to wait longer but they were having fun dancing and laughing but they couldn’t get the order right the next pizza the dough was raw so that’s the last time I’ll be going there it’s sad no 1 takes pride in what they do anymore won’t go back to that WORTHLESS place ever!!!

If you want a below average pizza, and want to be blown away by the taste of dish-soap and slow service, this is your place! Every time I’ve ordered, they’ve completely screwed up the order. I decided…. hey… maybe they got their act together and are worth giving another shot. Nope. Luke-warm pizza on the wrong crust with a reminder just why I stopped going there. In a town with 6 other pizza places, I suppose there’s someone that they cater to. Definitely not the Pizza Hut I remember growing up with and worked for. Regretting not just taking a frozen pizza out and baking it myself.

I hadn’t had pizza hut in a long time but was expecting better. There was no sauce on my pizza and the crust was very pale and thin. I asked for olives but wasn’t expecting a pile of them dumped on. Ended up tossing it. The cinnabon rolls looked nothing like they were supposed to, sloppily put together and hard. Probably won’t come here again.

Manager Devon extremely rude hung up on me twice after I asked to cancel my order. The first time I called he didn’t ask my name or information or anything just hung up the phone. I had to cancel my order because the online service sent it to the wrong store. I called to speak to a manager he said he was the manager and said “it’s good to know you want to make a complaint “ and hung up on me again for the second time. He was extremely rude and I will be calling corporate to file a complaint. I will never ever use this location again.

Meaty marinara pasta was dry as a desert after telling them to add extra sauce. Called to make a complaint about it and manager was RUDE and actually hung up on me so I had to show up in person. He says he didn’t know how to make it right and I said you’re the manager and they do teach you that in trading?. Sloppy work, lazy workers and nasty attitude and WILL NOT deal with this again. Taking my business to Domino’s or Papa Johns at lest they know how to make things right and not RUDE!!! Need to shut the whole place down and start over or stay closed. Don’t make someone manager if they can’t do the job!!!

Can’t even get an online order right. Placed it for delivery before church for an order to be delivered after church for a function for the kids. First they called because they had no side salads. After debating how to handle they said they would refund the salad. Then I apparently missed a few calls (because I was in church and hence the online order before it started to ensure proper timing). After a few I finally answered. The lost the whole order and wanted me to place it again, at this point 20 minutes from when I needed it delivered. Supposedly my card will be credited, but haven’t seen that yet…..

The last two times I went to the Pizza hut that is three blocks from where I live the order was not correct. Two weeks ago they forgot to put the meat. I called to tell them and they said the would give us credit. Ordered one yesterday ( no credit for previous mistake) and they gave me a completely wrong pizza. Someone else order I guess. I took it back and they made me another one but I had to wait another 15 minutes for it. Even though this is very convenient. The Pizza is over priced and the service is terrible.
