I ordered a large cheese pizza via the Pizza Hut app. Within 15 minutes after submitting my order, I was notified the pizza was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, my pizza was ready and hot. The service was quick and friendly. After arriving home, the pizza was not only still hot, it was delicious!

Delivery took almost 2 hours. It was the wrong order. Customer service said they could only cancel my order and I could reorder and be charged. The manager was rude, didn’t see my complete order, hung up on me. I visited the store, she lied about hanging up on me. She refused to give me my order or return my payment. She asked me to leave, and when I wouldn’t leave without my money she called the police, told them I was belligerent and trespassing (all of which was a lie). The police spoke with both of us individually and a 3rd person. After hearing what happened and viewing my order, they said my account seemed logical and truthful and urged me to contact corporate because the entire ordeal was unprofessional and inconvenient. They said her story didn’t sound right. The manager that behaved so disgraceful was Camilla.

GREAT pizza, great staff..really respectful and efficient. Pizza is also hot and delicious. JUST ONE THING…Are they supposed to wear gloves? . I saw one of the cooks, making pizza with no gloves on! OTHER THEN THAT, ..highly recommend!!

The food gets five stars because it was hot and fresh. All the ingredients on my Super Supreme was exceptionally fresh and piled on high like I like it. The crust was freshly made and it was cooked just right. However, it seemed they could truly use more associates as they are busy for pick-up and deliveries. Other than that all was FANTASTIC!!!!!

Such poor customer service! I ordered online for delivery. Was called 10 minutes later and was asked if I could come in to pick up my order, the delivery person had car issues, I said no problem at all. The lady on the phone then stated she would give me 50% off my order. Well great no problem at all. I drove over here to pick my order up. They couldn’t find my order the gentleman said, a few seconds later a woman walked up to the door and said can you move your car you are taking up 3 driver’s spots. I look out and said oh I’m sorry I will be rite out. She said no move it now please! I said there’s other parking spots available if you need to park immediately! No move your car now he is going to be a few minutes to get what you need anyway she stated. I turned around the gentleman said oh your order wasn’t made it’s going to be about 8 minutes. I said okay, then asked is the manager available? He stated that the woman who was demanding me to move my car was the manager. I was literally in this establishment for 2 minutes there we’re no signs posted that stated it was the driver’s parking spots, I always order online, this is my first time ever coming here. To be so rude and impatient as a manger with customers is sad. I ordered from here so often guess I will now look for something else! People fail to realize customer service go along way. Hope this location can work on it!

Pizza was burnt when I received it. And the new York style pizza wasn’t new York style when I opened the box the pizza was all over the place and it taste like its been sitting in the warmer for a while just wasn’t a great experience when I got the food.

I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a while but I was really craving their original pan pizza, so I ordered that and some wings. My order arrived a little earlier than expected, which was awesome because I was starving, lol. The delivery driver was so friendly, professional and appreciative and he genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. The food was straight out the oven hot and fresh. Everything was perfect!
