So glad I now have a Pizza Hut near me that taste like it used to back in the day growing up. They also deliver. Orders are usually ready in 15-20 minutes (carryout). I see some recent bad reviews but I’ve ordered several times already and I was satisfied with each visit. Way better than the Dominoes Pizza down the road near Main Street. Also its located right next to the ABC store and Foodlion.

I was happy that a new Pizza hut opened within delivery distance. I’ve always loved their pan pizza. I ordered and they just delivered a pizza that was not even close to done. The crust is basically dough. I’ve had to finish the cooking process in my own oven. You know when you pay 35 bucks for Pizza, I expect it to be excellent, because that price is high. This is pathetic. First and last time ordering here.

I ordered at 6:24 and was given a 30-40 min wait time and ETA of 7:00. I didn’t get the order until 7:30. The wings barely had any sauce. The stuffed crust was good! They need to get their ETAs right. There was also one guy wearing gloves and one guy that wasn’t making pizza. Idk, I’ll probably give another shot sometime, but definitely room for improvement.

We’ve ordered here before and had problems, figured since it’s been a while maybe it would be better… nope. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Honestly the food was good but we were missing an item, said they would send it out but it would be 40 minutes, no type of apology but we though we’ll at least we’d get our food… BUT over an hour later we hadn’t gotten it. Called again and they didn’t really offer a reason as to why we hadn’t gotten it, just that they could redo it or refund us. I asked for a refund. She sad ok and that it could take up to 3 days to get the refund…. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of reason as to why this happened or even an apology but nope. Hopefully we will see our refund for the missing item, will update in 3 days.

The delivery guy drove around for an hour with my food to ensure it was cold when I got it. I called the store 45 minutes after the tracker said it was on the way and the manager told me the driver just ran off with it. I was promised that my order was going to be remade, it was not. I got cold pizza an hour late, and was lied to by the manager about how they would fix it. Order from someplace else.

I LOVE this Pizza Hut! I was so happy to have a Hut that delivered to me or wasn’t to far for me to get carry out. The food is always hot and fresh. The only problem I’m having is I’ve ordered a Pan pizza through the app 2 weeks in a row and I’ve gotten a hand tossed both times. Their both good but I paid $1.50 more for a pan! Otherwise, the food is hot, fresh and delicious!

Do not order from Pizza Hut Warwick Blvd store if you would like your order delivered. They are farming out the deliveries to Uber Eats and not calling the customers to tell them and you will not know when your order is going to be delivered. When you call the store number, it goes to their call center in Kanas, and you do not get much help there either. Very poor customer service and very disappointed in Pizza Hut!
