My pickup order food was fresh and hot. It was the end of what was obviously a very long day for the crewmember but he was kind and courteous during my visit which isn’t always easy. I was very impressed overall and will gladly return to this location.

I ordered a pizza last night, it was supposed a sausage & pepperoni extra cheese. I should have looked at before I left the place. I was Shocked at what we opened the box too. I called and complained, put on hold 2 times, and decided I would post what happened. I mean -do you really think this was the same as the one on the commercial?

Food was hot and tasted good. Delivery was on time also. I didn’t get a pizza that was ordered but when I called the lady I spoke with (I believe her name was Zanda) was understanding and she put in the pizza order that I was missing for me. The pizza arrived quickly (less than 30 minutes) and the night was saved !!! It was my youngest son’s pizza we were missing. She also threw in an order of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. I’ve never had them mess up an order for as long as I’ve been ordering from this location (almost 5 years). I love this location !!! It’s the best one that I’ve ever ordered from.

I ordered a thin and crispy, no cheese, with mushrooms, tomatoes and red onions. Extra on the marinara sauce, tomatoes and onions. It was burnt and did not have extra anything, I don’t believe. I took it back in, after looking at it better in the car, because of so few tomatoes and the more I thought about it, the burnt areas. I did get $5 back. When I asked about it being burnt he said thats the way no cheese pizzas cook. Um, no, I order these at other Pizza Huts and never got one like this. Oh, well, he said, they must have different ovens than we do, because we have the latest ovens. I went here because my usual Hut on Battlefield Blvd., is closed due to weather today. My husband got a pan pizza and said he’s was good but, we’ll never go back to this one again.

Zero stars! This is the worst Pizza Hut in the universe ! It really gives Pizza Hut a bad name ! They screw up your order everytime ; well if they even make it ; you may order delivery and they just don’t ever come ! No call nothing! Just ordered 2 specialty pizzas with extra sauce …pick up lady was rude and curt didn’t tell me what my order was or show it to me just asked for my $ put it on counter and left . NO a sauce on either pizza !!!!!and ordered 2 cookies they didn’t even bother to cut them !! Really? Worst food and service anywhere in Chesapeake maybe Hampton roads! Shut this place down it’s been this way for years!!!!

My order got switched to pick up without my knowledge. After 1.5 hours I called to check and I was told a door dash driver would be delivering it. After waiting on hold with both door dash and pizza hut we learned our food was not being delivered.

I called for delivery an hour before closing and was left on hold for over 15 mins. and then hung up on. I called back and they wouldn’t answer. This is how they make up for messing up a previous order! Very disappointed.
