Eric absolutely crushed it with being the only employee for the busiest night I’ve ever seen for a Pizza Hut. Give this guy a promotion and a raise. He’s as real of one as can be. If he’s not already manager, make him one. I’ve never seen someone bust their behind this hard and only be paid barely above minimum wage. Give him what he’s worth. Which should start with $20+.

I placed a small online order. After 2 hours went by I called the store to ask about the status of the order. The girl politely told me the order is ready but waiting to be delivered. I told her that I can come get it myself. She said oh wait it just left to be delivered. Was that a lie? Bc I live 5 mins away, that phone call was 40 mins ago, and still no pizza…

Really rude and argumentive with the customer! Customer service skills were no where to be found when it was obviously an issue from their end or the app as she stated and wasn’t willing to resolve the issue. I explained to her that when I order from cedar road pizza hut I get my New Yorker with pepperoni without having to ask for or be charged for additional toppings, she said maybe I should …and didn’t finish the statement but we know what she was going to say. Horrible! My other pizza had 7 pieces of green peppers, on a large pizza, there were 4 slices that didn’t have pepperoni or green peppers on it! Like I said customer service skills went out the window and never will I order from there again

This is typically my go to when I want a personal pan or wings. But lately they have been horrible. Not sure if they have new staff or just simply don’t care. Delivery said 15-20mins and it took almost an hour and I live only 5 minutes away. Called the store and was told the driver hadn’t even picked up my food yet.

Expensive. A personal Pan is $8, definitely not worth the $. Supposed to have Xtra veggies. Doesn’t look that way to me. Disappointed. Looks like a sloppy job.

We ordered the new Cheesesteak Pizza & it is definitely a winner! I think the key was also having it on the original pan crust….it was awesome! We’ll definitely be ordering it again.

Two hour wait and a dunce of a manager who can’t even process a refund without someone holding his hand. We didn’t even get our delivery and they fought us on refunding the TIP WE LEFT. Avoid this place at all costs.
