Ordered a large three topping pizza twice in the last three weeks, each time it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Leaving a layer of raw dough. Terrible and not edible!

Order pizza from them ..I got no call and they said they attempted to come but noone was downstairs. I been waiting on my pizza for almost 1hour long.. they didnt call me and lied said theybdid and reverse my money back on my card when i was waiting to feed my children. Bad service here!! They DIDNT CALL MY CALL LOG WOULD SAY IT!!!!

Quality here is top notch. Some places skimp on ingredients to lower food costs, but this Pizza Hut does not. Quality has consistently been high, and I know if I want what they have to offer, I know it’ll be done right here, every time.

This has been a pretty solid Pizza Hut for us. We do carryout about once a month on average and haven’t had an issue with the quality of the pizza in many years. The pizza we got a week ago after a long day at Busch Gardens was the best they ever made us. Soo cheesy (they never skimp on cheese which is a pet peeve of mine) and the crust was buttery and soft (but not raw). I usually don’t eat the crust but happily finished off this one. I only wish the prices would stop going up so we could go more often.

Y’all need to consider hiring a replacement for Portia absolutely no customer service. My pizza was undercooked and she argued “I made it myself” wanted me to bring in my old one and then acted like she was inconvenienced when I said I wanted it delivered. Handed the phone off look I’ve managed several establishments like this Portia is not a manager find someone else. Never again. Out 30 cuz I won’t deal with it.

When I was told my order had been delivered, maybe to someone but not to me, I was told to “calm down.” I am plenty calm, but the delivery and customer service at this place is abysmal. They were sincerely irritated that I requested a fresh pizza. No apologies for their screw up. I will be finding another place to order pizza from. Incompetence and rudeness.

Horrible service. Never ready when it’s supposed to be ready. You end up waiting forever for food or just leave cause you are tired of waiting. Not worth the hassle.
