When I ordered our Pizza online it initially said “carryout in 10 minutes” however when I chose our local Pizza Hut location that changed to 19 minutes! I thought maybe they were just busy. I waited 10 minutes then left to pick up the pizza and we are approximately 10-15 minutes away. I remember when they handed me the pizza the box was “EXCEPTIONALLY” hot on the bottom and I made mention of this and the young lady said “oh yeah be careful”. We have never eaten at this location before and I saw no reason to have to open the box and inspect the food before I left the store. I got home and when we opened the box the pizza was dry, extremely overcooked to the point that the pizza was dark/burnt looking. Worst pizza we’ve ever had….especially from a Pizza Hut. We will NEVER go back to this location. Yes I contacted Pizza Hut with this complaint via email and as yet have not had a response.

I ordered 2 Large pizza and they told me it will take 30 minutes. i called after an hour and they said it will take another 15 minutes and i called and called them and every time they were telling me 10 to 15 minutes so I’m still here after 2 hours waiting for my order to arrive….

People that are used to commercial pizza…Wish you well. Online experience was the worse, I’m in Va they were in Arizona and was having the same prob as me. The store didn’t show any concern at all. Not the people, but doggone. Help me want to return….NAH!!!!

Waited Over hr 1 for my food and I live 3 mins away. The wait was fine but the employee who answered the phone was rude because I called to check on status. I wasn’t rushing…just wanted to make sure it was coming to right place since I paid online.

Ordered the meatlover’s melt and it arrived overcooked, hard, and dry. This company should be ashamed of allowing food this bad to leave one of their locations. Being short staffed is no excuse for bad food.

Orders marked as ready when they’re not. Front counter people barely make eye contact and will leave you standing there if you don’t yell hello or hey to get their attention. This location is poorly managed.
