I ordered online a small supreme pizza with modifications. It is very tasty, veggies fresh and pepperoni and beef. Thin crust was crunchy and good. First time in years here and very pleased. Wish there was a little more cheese but very good.

Ordered a Large Meat Lover’s Original Stuffed Crust and Breaded Boneless Wings last night and it was perfectly fine. No idea why there’s a ton of 1 star reviews. It was as delicious as I remember (and usually this Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to us in Rose Hill). The wings were a little small but still delicious. ETA was 5:30 and it was here at 5:45, so a little late but also not a crisis. Hopefully they continue to deliver to our address as it’s been years since we had enjoyed Stuffed Crust.

Ordered a pizza online. Notified it would be ready in 20 minutes. Drove to the store to pick up (some 7 minutes away). Arrived, paid for the pizza, and then had to wait another 27 minutes before it was “ready”. It was lukewarm. Very disappointed.

Pizza was decent. However, we ordered boneless wings from here which were completely raw on the inside. I ended up eating two before realizing because I was dunking them in sauce. The texture/taste were off so I decided to take a look. Like I said…completely raw….

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER ! I never experience this at other pizza hut’s. I called and placed an order over the phone. The lady told me 15mins . I arrive 30mins later to give them extra time. She tells me she didn’t get my order my call must have went to the call center. The lady has an accent and that’s the same lady who took my order down. They need a whole new staff because they are messing up peoples orders. The lady lied to me and told me they don’t have a phone number the number goes to the call center . That doesn’t even make any sense.

Customer service is horrible, pizza is almost always raw along with other things such as wings. Sounds like a lawsuit to me. Samiyah in particular hung up on me multiple times, refused to give me managers name, then claimed he was on vacation and finally hung up on me. She told me that I was wasting her time because I asked for a replacement, she told me that I would then also have to return the other pizza (which I was going to!). Then she claimed I am doing this for a free pizza…. which is extremely rude and odd to say to someone. Samiyah refused to send me replacement or help me with store credit. she then claimed it is raw due to the fact that I added 3 additional toppings… again, odd. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular branch either. I emphasized to cook it fully when placing the order yet they still sent me a raw meal. with chicken might I add, its like they want their customers to get salmonella. It is also about a 5 minute walk from me yet delivery takes over 40 mins. Will not be supporting this business again, time to take my business elsewhere.

First of all, I order and my pizza is ready in like 5 min. Amazing. Second, last week I ordered a half supreme / half cheese pizza, but obviously paid full price for a specialty pizza, because that’s always how it works. BUT, these legends here at pizza hut put DOUBLE toppings on my supreme side! Ingredients were falling off the thing……oh man, it was the BEST! Thanks for doing me a solid, Pizza Hut!
