If I’m going to be honest this particular Pizza Hut location is the last place you want to go to when you want to eat Pizza Hut. I don’t know why but every time I ordered pizza from here the staff seemed like they barely knew what they were doing and looked like they didn’t even want to be there working. I ordered two pizzas and only received one out of the two and when I asked about the other one I was told that didn’t have any record of me ordering two pizzas. I waited for almost TWO HOURS for ONE pizza that should’ve only taken 15 minutes at most to make. The inside of the restaurant and staff look sketchy as well. (I’m sure at least one of them isn’t as lazy and a as the rest) I know I may seem as a rash and impatient person from this review but throughout the entire time I was there waiting for my order I was patient and understanding with them while they didn’t look like they gave a single care for what I had to say and didn’t even offer some type of discount for making me wait for a half cooked pizza.

The pregnant employee taking orders at the counter has a rude, unwelcoming attitude. I brought it to her attention and she replied “If that’s what you think.” I told her it IS what I think and that I’d be reporting it to customer service. Doesn’t look like it’ll do much good judging by these other comments. The toner is in need of replacement on her cash register so I can barely make out the info on the receipt to report my experience on the survey.

Don’t use PH delivery. Despite what their website says, they can’t delivery on time due to a shortage of drivers. Estimated delivery time was ~30 minutes but it took an hour and 20 minutes. I called to ask for an update, receiving little clarity and no apology. The pizza that came was warmly but definitely not fresh. Disappointing all around.

I watched this location take a returned pizza back from a customer, reheat it, and give that same pizza to the customer that looks like he waited 35 minutes for it. When he finally got his pizza, he says this pizza order was a curbside pickup that he scheduled to be to him 25 minutes earlier.

The customer service here is always horrible! I ordered curbside and they never brought my pizza. I walked in and everybody had an attitude per usual. Long story short, they sold me old pizza.

Horrible service . I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes waist of my time they never did my order . There’s a guy who never did my order . And lied about that my order will be ready in couple of minutes when he knew my order was not made .
