Stopped by to try new Spicy Lover’s Pizza as carry out. Pizza was made quickly and ate a whole medium by myself outside. Clerk was very courteous and let me know the minute my pizza was ready so it was hot & fresh. Thanks. I will visit this location again.

We tried the Pizza Melts – they were tough and bland. We also ordered the Big New Yorker, which tasted perfectly fine except for the sweet marinara. Whoever came up with the idea of putting sugary sweet tomato sauce on a pizza should be banned for life from making pizza. Finally, I realize poultry prices are up right now, but 22 bucks for a dozen wings is a RIP OFF!

As a first point: the person with the lousy delivery hit my door horrible. second: I left my food thrown away at the door (something that other people deliver your order to your hands) third: very upset because I necessarily wanted a $5 tip. for the rest of the temperature of the food all good

I ordered from this pizza hut and I was eating my pizza when I see a bug in my pizza, I called to tell them that I found a bug and they said that they could make me a pizza but I just had to go pick it up because my order that I made before wasn’t delivery, they were refusing to deliver it. I told them that it wasn’t my fault and it sounded like they didn’t believe me, they also told me that it could’ve came from outside and that it wasn’t their fault but you can obviously see that the bug was cooked with the pizza. I got my pizza delivered after about 15 minutes of arguing and them refusing to deliver it.

Ordered delivery. A scheduled delivery. Got a message it was out for delivery. I called 40 minutes later to check on the status. The location was only a few miles away from me. The driver said he texted and called me (I live in an apartment complex). The associate I was speaking with on the phone at the store verified I entered the correct phone number on my order. He check with the driver. The driver texted and called the wrong number. Typed it in wrong. Didn’t think to double check when he received no reply. Ended up leaving my food in a different building than my address. My order was incomplete and cold. All I received was so sorry. Really? Zero customer service.

This is not your father’s Pizza Hut! The Detroit-style pizza special you’re running is great. Your crust (the best in the business imho) is perfect for this style. We also got boneless wings, spiced medium, and they were tangy and delicious. We also tried the Cinnabon dessert and it tastes just like its full-size counterpart, but in individual, easy-to-share pieces (even tho I really didn’t want to!).
