Don’t get excited because this is not a real Pizza Hut. It might as well be a little Caesars.. I just failed my second attempt to go here to get dinner and once again, they don’t have any menus the QR code. It says to scan at the front counter, takes you to a blank screen when you try to look up the online menu you can’t even see a clear picture of the menu and it keeps trying to get you to order online. Even walking inside seeing the employees in the back throwing stuff around and playing like it is a daycare made me walk right out . Pizza Hut like this give the franchise a bad name. Go to Burger Bros across the street. Everything on their menu is amazing.

Very unprofessional. Needs more training in customer service. I also witnessed them taking an order over the phone and writing customers card info down, instead of just entering it in system. Be careful with this one.

I was excited to have Pizza Hut back but after a second time ordering from here I can say I probably won’t be back. The ordering and delivery went better this time but the Pizza was awful. The first time it was burnt and this time it had SO MUCH cheese on it I could barely eat it. I love cheese but this was gross. It’s just not good.

ITS PIZZA HUT. I personally enjoy pizza hut and I have yet to have a negative experience at this location. Even when it’s packed with customers and the staff are kind and more than willing to help. My problem is the rude customers that come in and belittle someone before expressing their problem. Either learn to cook pizza at home or just go somewhere with “better service” I’ll be at pizza hut. But 4 stars cause it’s pizza hut ya know?
