They were so busy, they only had like 2 or 3 people working that day. I got 2 pizzas from them… you know how Pan crust costs more, well neither of these pizzas looked like a pan crust, the crust looked like it was hand tossed. I asked the lady about it she said she blames the oven smh. Then on top of it most of the sauce was closer to the crust and not spread out evenly on the pizza. Little Caesars would have been a better choice that day..I love their stuffed crust!

Two things – I ordered a pizza with LIGHT sauce and EXTRA cheese. I got exactly the opposite. I ignored this because I was hungry. But then I also bit down on what appears to be a piece of wood in my pizza. After telling me it wasn’t wood and it was a piece of crust, I was told I could be refunded but they needed to pick up the pizza (never mentioned the wood) I asked did they need the stick as well she said yes. She later changed it and said I needed to text a random number the pictures and I would be refunded tomorrow. No type of apology. Do not order from here. They clearly do not care.

My side salad was wet, withered and had old wilted onions on it so that was a waste of money because I didn’t eat it. This is what a $4.99 side salad looks like from this location. No love added what so ever! My cheese sticks were burnt but at least the Detroit style pizza was the only thing that was enjoyed. If I ever order from this location again, I’ll definitely check my food first before leaving.

Quick and everything arrive steaming from the delivery bag. The pizza box meals with Alfredo and Bread Sticks was fantastic. It was the first time testing that out. Pizza reminded me of when I was a kid, ordering personal pan pizzas.

I went to Pizza Hut tonight as I do most Friday nights. My Pizza wasn’t ready, but that wasn’t the issue because I’m very patient. The problem was after waiting 39 minutes inside and 8 minutes in my car, I received 2 burned pizzas. I lost time and walked away with nothing! I must add as usual the young man at the register was very polite.

Ordered in store and waited for over an hour and 15 mins . I was told the food was in the oven every 15 mins for 45 mins. I have worked in Pizza Hut before and KNOW for a fact it does not take 45 mins for the pizza to run through the oven. Food was good so there is that I guess.

Placed my order instore tobe made a specific way. When i opened up the box found it was made wrong. Called back to complaint but received a very pleasant and apologetic individual. Offered to replace the pizza and gave me options as to how quickly I could receive another one. One way i could get one approximately 30 minutes delivered, or i could get one by the next day. Even quicker if I like could return back and it should be ready. As promised I returned and no waiting it was ready. Hot, fresh, and good.
