Please HEED MY WARNING! I have gotten a NY pizza yesterday and it was completely dry, there was barely any cheese on the slices. And for those that have had a NY style pizza, Pizza Hut did not live up to its image, especially when the slices were small. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT THE PIZZA BEFORE LEAVING THE EATERY. Question for all you pizza lovers, after having such a disgraceful pizza experience like I did, would you give them a second chance?

This was not the best. Our food was tasty but there were issues with the way the food came out. We ordered regular bread sticks, boneless chicken wings and a personal Supreme pizza. The chicken came out first and then the bread sticks15 minutes later. My personal pizza was smaller than normal but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was it took an hour to come out. Not sure why. They did say after 40 minutes that it was almost done. That was not true because it took another 20 minutes for it to come out.

This was our first time dining in at this Pizza Hut in Forest Hill. our server was very attentive and there was plenty of seating despite the COVID retricted tables. The food came out quickly, and nice and hot and delicious.

This Pizza Hut is the worst I’ve ever been to. The service is poor. They have multiple people running the cash register and no one taking orders or filling drinks. When we finally got our food they forget a pasta and still never brought it out. Making us go to the counter to get it. Then on top of that they made it wrong. I’ll never be back to this place again. It’s trash!!!!

We have eaten at the hut about once a week for a year or so. No more. We typically have from 2 to 5 people and eat in the dining room. We were informed that the pizza we wanted cost 7.00$ more if we ate in their dining room. No thanks. The manager couldn’t care less. We left and had a great pizza elsewhere. They must have more customers than they can handle.
