While not the most modern looking Pizza hut, it feels like a blast from the 1950s past, the good there is pretty on time and good. The lunch buffet is cheap and for the one time I went there, actually good. We’ve tried the hand tossed pizza, white sauce, chicken topping, and stuffed crust. The hand tossed tastes way better than the stuffed crust. The white sauce and chicken toppings are actually good!

Once every few years, I make the mistake of giving Pizza Hut another chance. Once upon a time, it used to be the best of the national franchises. It has become the worst — no matter what location I use. The so-called pepperoni lovers pizza I ordered certainly was not filled with the amount of toppings the photo showed or menu listing claimed. The crust tasted like a combination of sponge and air. And the buffalo wings were so disgusting I had to throw them away. The alleged chicken meat was nasty, as was the buffalo sauce. Was that even real chicken? Shame on me, though, for giving Pizza Hut a chance. That was definitely my last-ever purchase there.

Last Friday evening, I ordered online and came to pick up. The lady working alone was so hardworking, kind, prompt with my orders and the food was great. I ordered cheese personal pan pizzas for my kids and the tried the veggie lovers pizza for myself and it was fantastic.

Saddest buffet in my life. Went today for lunch, pay $6.99 plus $1.99 for the soda, to only get 4 slices of soggy pizzas, that’s it. They didn’t have anything else, pasta, dessert, appetizer, nothing as advertised. I spoke with the cashier and she apologized saying “it’s all we have”. Unbelievable .

My pizza was ordered online for delivery. I recieved an update on the pizza hut app that my pizza was out for delivery roughly 30 minutes after ordering. About 70 minutes later, my pizza had not arrived. I called the local store to find out the status of my order. I was informed that they were “still waiting on a driver or no drivers available”. Fortunately, the stor is not that far away. The manager or assistant manger did credit back delivery and tip fee which is good. They also offered a credit towards a future pizza which I am told will be visible on the app. I thought this was also a nice gesture. My issue is that once those pizzas come out of the oven, they are piping hot and usually stay hot a while in the delivery case. My order sat in the case for well over an hour and the pizzas were warm bu the time i got home. At the time I arrive back home, 2 hours have passed on this order. My rating is based on the store accommodating me after fact. I would have appreciated a phone call much earlier giving me the option to switch to pick-up vs me having to waiting an unspecified amount of time for a delivery that was 1h+ late.

I go to this pizza hut often since it is by my house. The manager is fair and has given good customer service. Unfortunately some of the other staff needs to work on their customer service skills. I went to pick up food last week and had an issue I wanted to complain to the supervisor on duty about. Alexis and the two other employees a young man and young woman would not tell me who the supervisor on duty was. Letting me know that my complaint was about a state law not a complaint the supervisor on duty could help me with. The pizza is normally good. I have had a few issues in the past.

Completely disappointed. Waited more then an hour for my order. I called to find out what happened but the girl who attended me from the beginning said my order couldn’t be found even when I gave my address and phone number. I would give this place 0 starts if I had the option to do so.
