Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut website at 7:30pm last night and this is what we received: cheese pizza was completely burnt & deep dish was not deep dish at all— It was just regular crust cut into squares. There was no signature charring on the edges and there was so much crust, barely any toppings were on pizza. Had to order food from another restaurant for quick dinner since this entire order was so bad from Pizza Hut.

I used delivery service. I requested notification of delivery by ringing the doorbell. That didn’t happen. I ordered red pepper flakes. That didn’t happen. What did happen is that they charged $5.50 for a delivery charge and I was asked to give a tip for the driver. I did ($6.16). Shouldn’t the delivery fee be given to the one that delivered the pizza? Why are we asked to do both? My total for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks came to $40.39!

Requested curbside delivery and sat for 20 minutes after the app said my order was ready. I called to verify my car and still no one brought my food. People came and went so I went in the store. Two young men standing there had my order just sitting on the counter. They verified the order was for the black lexus but gave no reason why it was just sitting on the counter. I angrily took my order and all they could say was sorry mam. I should had requested a refund.

Glad to see this location is still open. They are pretty consistent and the food is good. If calling in an order and it happens to go to the call center for some reason the call center rings up some items differently than in the store. Some items ordered instore or speaking directly to someone at the store have a lower price. Beware of price jumps when ordering from the call center. Food quality is good.

Pizza came room temperature not hot at all manager Thomas was very rude and I had to go back and forth with him just to give me credit to get another pizza. I ordered delivery and he told me I couldn’t get a refund or credit unless I bring it back to the store from the beginning until we went back and forth for five minutes then he allowed me to get it. That’s very unprofessional of him I would’ve rated it a 0 if I could because food and service was bad! And I hate to have to be portrayed as a liar when something is wrong with my food. Don’t order here! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because I ordered last week too and they had to make me another pizza and deliverer because I waited an hour and half for my pizza after it said delivering and didn’t get it. I be live less than 10 minutes from here.

From childhood favorite to childhood horror I would have much rather went to lil Ceasars or hell even the 7-11 or red baron pizza joking not joking the staff on this particular day was chilled and respectful showed manners…they forgot my pepperoni smh thats why I gave it 2 stars … the other 3 that’s missing is because the quality from pizza hut itself has fell off the bread all thick n greasy and just not good… the sauce not good overall pizza not good I ordered the Detroit style last year it was actually decent this year was hideous and stomach hurt the pizza was room temperature I guess the heat ovens don’t work.. the pasta wasn’t good or filled I had better of course home made but I’ve also had better from frozen just wasn’t good…the end times coming for some of these restaurants and it shows … all the pizza huts are turning into other restaurants … step your pizza up.

First, you call to speak with someone and end up talking to an AI. The AI transfers you to a number no one is answering whatsoever. As you can see from the photo, this is what I got from this location. It was supposed to be a Dinner Box with a Supreme and Meatlovers pizzas w/ breadsticks and chicken. If this is what Pizza Hit breadsticks actually are, this is a wakeup call. Neither pizza was done at all…they were both slab of dough topped with cold toppings. The Supreme was missing from the photo because we had to place it in the oven. Even afterwards, it tasted worse than it looked. Dont bother with this location, absolute trash.
