I usually enjoy a cheap cheat with Pizza Hut one every year or two but somehow this location’s is disgusting and way below par. The dough is not the same as other Pizza Hut restaurants. The crust literally tastes like thick, thawed out white sandwich bread. They are also stingy super stingy on toppings. Never tasted Pizza Hut so nasty before. Sad.

I ordered my pizza from this location in Pointer Ridge Plaza. Paid for it. Never received it. Called to find out what had happened. Was told that it was the wrong number. Called back the number, was told it was the wrong number again and was then given a fake number to call. Not sure exactly what’s happening. But I’m $62 out and no pizza. I called corporate and they should be getting in touch with me in 1 to 3 days. Not sure who is playing what game, but I will never order from this location again.

Food was nasty. I only ordered bread sticks. Two cheese sticks and a regular bread stick and they were not good at all. The dough on the cheese sticks was soft and seemed under baked. The regular ones had little to no season on them. The Cinnabon mini rolls were hard and covered with cream. It’s a no for me. While the inside of the store was clean, the outside was dirty. Lots of trash and leaves. I suppose a maintenance crew should be handling that part, but the customer service just wasn’t that great to me. Don’t come to work if you aren’t going to put in that work.

So glad they opened this store. And it seems like they hired competent people to run it because there were plenty of employees behind the counter. They understood the assignment. Not only that, it was ready ON TIME. Excellent. Of there’s one ding, it would be that the Cinnibon rolls were cooling off and not perfect, bit that’s minor.

Placed order at 10:30 before they opened for a 11:15 pickup. Was hot and ready at exactly 11:15. Friendly employees. Happy to have a Pizza Hut back in the area that’s efficient.
