Mediocre pizza and typically-rude airport staff. Went here before a flight and regretted it. Very overpriced for a small, very greasy personal pizza. The staff were dismissive and not personable.

Brand new, and it shows. The place is clean, well lit, and the employees are still looking to help. While a relatively limited menu, it has everything you would expect. I got a personal sized pizza which came out fast and tasted good, but also saw a couple of intriguing salads going to other tables.

This man, I believe his name is Revel (as stated on my refund receipt) says he’s the manager and was the most rudest “manager” I have EVER experienced. I stood in line for atleast 5 minutes with no greeting what so ever, no “I’ll be right with you” just stares and eye rolls. He eventually came to the front and took my order, I asked him a simple question “about how many vegetables come on the pizza” and he was excessively rude while answering me. He finished ringing me up and just stared at me when he could have simple said “anything else/your total is ___”, I asked my total and he acted like he didn’t want to tell me. I swiped my card and he walked away – again in a rude manner. I asked for my receipt and he rolled his aura, blew his breath, snatched a receipt out so I asked “am i making your life hard?” And he said “actually I’m doing you a favor since you want to order off menu items” (I wasn’t aware that asking for no cheese was an off menu item as I order it all the time from Pizza Hut with no issues because I’m vegan, I know many other vegans that do as well). I asked for a refund and he slammed his hand, snatched a receipt and balled it up with his wet hands and SLAMMED IT IN MY HAND”. I then asked for a supervisor and he said “I’m the manager” I said I need to speak with someone higher than you and he told me to go away. I asked another employee for cooperates number or someone higher than me and he instructed them to not talked me and told me “girl go on somewhere else” I will NEVER support any Pizza Hut again until this issue is resolved in a timely manner. He refused to actually give me his name as well.

The issue I had was to sit down and eat, they have a connected dining area, but i asked in a to go container so i could head out if i didn’t finish. Firstly they gave me a pizza that had been sitting in their heat window (which from working at s restaurant i understand when they get rushes works out to help with the flow) but i would have preferred one out if the oven and fresh. But then i went to sit down as i seen a couple people with takeout box pizza sitting and eating. The lady said i couldn’t. Do they have some kind added charge to dine in, it isn’t busy i was the only person ordering at the moment and they have 80% of the dining space open. I don’t travel through DC much but wouldn’t recommend for the inconsistent service.

Great quality of food, especially for an airport location. It would be nice to be given a choice of where to sit, especially if the place is relatively empty. The hostess piled up all guests eating alone into one of the long tables, and got very annoyed at anyone asking to sit somewhere else.

I was in terminal D looking for a cup of coffee, the lines at Dunkin donuts and Starbucks we’re crazy long. Saw they had coffee at pizza hut, no line. Relatively bad coffee, but it was a quick alternative, so I guess it worked out.
