Called 3 times prior to coming, was told I can’t make over the phone or online orders, only walk in. Drove all the way there then was told I can’t order/pay in person because their closed and it was 10:20pm. Let’s not forget the guy pulling out personal pan pizzas from the oven while I’m present for himself and the cashier.. The black girl in front was rude for no reason then went to get the white guy and he proceeds to say the same exact thing then turn all the lights off. When your actions doesn’t event match the company’s time frame. PizzaHut closes at 11pm, why are you turning off the lights? There are very little locations in Delaware just know you won’t be getting me or my families money.

I ordered delivery though Pizza Hut and it was pushed to Door Dash. I asked for contactless delivery and to leave on sidedeck. The doordash driver rang my door bells which drove my dogs crazy and ruined the whole point of contactless. The driver showed on his app where is said “Hand to customer: leave on SideDeck”. Please correct this if you use 3rd party delivery in the future

Their application said 24 minutes for a pizza and wings. My wife got there in about 20 and was told another 26 minutes. Seriously? The pizza was supposed to be the default of square slices for a thin crust but was barely cut into eight slices. We had to finish cutting it. Do they no longer offer mushrooms as a topping? It wasn’t listed. They already axed anchovies, and made the idiotic decision to charge for Parmesan and red peppers. You know, at one point after avoiding pizza hut like the plague for two+ decades, I thought they had finally gotten their act together. And for a while things were great. Once I use my points, I’m pretty much done. My son prefers Dominos and if they can’t even slice through a pizza and need an extra 26 minutes, why bother? Yet their app now asks if we want to leave a tip. I thought that was supposed to be for GOOD service.

Online order was placed and when picked up was totally wrong. Then we had to wait another 15 mins or so for them to correct the order. Gave us two pizzas instead of the one we ordered.

Just a horrid experience all together. Ordered a big new Yorker and got a regular thin and flat pizza and the dough was raw. I call corporate in return they gave me a coupon for free pizza and when I ordered again once again the the dough was raw. Not to mention the girl who answers the phone is rude ash

The lady at the register was nice enough but the pizza was very dry and stiff. I ordered extra sauce (and even added “Xtra sauce plz” in the comments) and got very light sauce instead. This has not been a one time thing. Luckily the wings weren’t bad because this pizza went into the trash after once slice. If you’re starving in the forest, this pizza would be better than eating bugs but between this and tree bark, it would be a toss up. I’d highly recommend strongly considering any other pizza place.

Mixed feelings about this place. I specified for my pizza to be “well done” the cheese was barely melted and the dough was RAW. It was inedible and by the time I got it home the store was closed so there was nothing I could do. However the breadsticks were good, the honey BBQ boneless wings were fantastic n the pizza melt was good except I guess they ran outta bacon bc there wasn’t any bacon on “chicken BACON ranch” melt. I would probably order from here again but I wouldn’t order pizza unless I checked that it was cooked before i left the store. Def would order the wings again tho.
