Pizza Hut is now contacting out to door dash so what happens when you have a delivery issue? You order through Pizza Hut ant 3:30 and get a text when door dash picks up your pizza and you can track it…this is good because you can see if the driver is going the wrong way. Not so good when you call the driver to tell them they are going the wrong way and they don’t listen. The tracker says they will be at your door at 4:07 but they get there closer to 5:00 with cold pizza. You call Pizza Hut after calling door dash twice to say they are going the wrong way, Pizza Hut tells you they can’t do anything once it leaves the store and to call door dash. Whatever happened to accountability I didn’t place my order with door dash i placed it with Pizza Hut.

I ordered online a stuffed crust pizza, fries, and mozzarella sticks. The driver said they didn’t have mozzarella sticks so they brought me extra fries and if there was an issue to contact the manager. 1) there were no extra fries. In fact, the portion provided looked smaller than a normal portion. 2) fries cost $3.79. Mozzarella sticks are about $6.50. So, I called and asked to speak to the manager. The man on the phone said he was the manager. I explained the situation and he asked to put me on hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and he never came back on. So, to recap – they didn’t bring what I ordered, we didn’t have enough food for everyone, the manager didn’t fix the situation and left me on hold – which leads me to believe he was helping some other customer was he thought was more important, and I was overcharged.

Picked up the Big New Yorker. It was literally the soggiest mess I’ve ever had. Wasn’t even cut all the way through. Such a shame because I love Pizza Hut. Just not THIS Pizza Hut. Just go down a block to Dominos or hit up a local spot if you got the money.

Man…. What a bad experience. Ordered pickup at 7PM online, said it would be ready at 7:30PM. I arrived at 7:30 to be told that they were way behind on orders and I should come back in 15 minutes. I did so and was told that they were still way behind. At 8:20, I was finally given my order. The lobby was packed with people waiting and no explanation was given to the problem. Zero crowd control or enforcing social distancing.

Very disappointed with my pizza today! Crust was dryed out. Extra toppings which I paid almost $6 for 3 were very very skimpy. The sauce was dark and cheese was almost burnt.

After waiting 90 minutes for my food, I decided to just call and see where it was except that every time I called, they picked up and hung up right away….5 times. I didn’t even know if I was going to receive my food but I couldn’t find out or cancel. I called customer service who couldn’t check on it either, cancel my order or do a refund. Completely done with Pizza Hut. That’s not acceptable.

Ordered a Detroit style pizza after hearing good reviews but sadly I do not understand why. My pizza arrived cold, undercooked, and the sauce was just thrown on top of the pizza. Called the store and after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I gave up. Sorry Pizza Hut this was a fail.
