My wife placed an order. Only to find out after an hour of waiting that it was cancelled. Called and got the automated system which asked to check on the status of an order by using my phone number. My wife’s cell phone number was used and it came back that the order was canceled. I called and spoke to an operator and she said she will patch me through to the Easton Ave store because she does not know why. The clerk at the store, a man, answered and hung up twice. Finally spoke to someone who could not even verify and order was placed with my wife’s cell number or my home number. This whole scenario is ridiculous. I had my kids waiting for food and no one could find my order.

Ordered the Big New Yorker. Fairly satisfying for corporate chain pizza. When re-heating leftovers, the dot matrix of the frozen pre-fab crust was most evident. Still, it was good pizza.

Earlier today I called and I ordered a pizza and they hung up straight on my face I contacted two hours later and they brought a pizza but it was Full of marinara sauce and there was barely any cheese I picked up the pizza and it was too heavy that all the sauce and cheese came off I couldn’t even pick up the pizza without getting sauce on my fingers and I want a refund and then hang up on my face when I told them about the situation also Behind every single pizza there was burnt pieces on it do not order here.

Television commercials is very misleading. Then make it seem like it’s this giant pizza. It’s no bigger than just a normal regular large pizza the slices are bigger because there’s six slices instead of eight….and the quality the cheese is lacking …. I’ll go back to using the local pizzeria that I normally use… There’s nothing worse than buying something and feeling like he would tricked into buying it

Ordered 2 different pizzas for delivery. Delivery took almost an hour but they did tell me that up front. Both pizzas were dry, cold and way over cooked. I took both pizzas back to the store and they made me 2 fresh pizzas, which really weren’t that good. Still dry. Won’t be ordering from there any time soon
