I showed up when the website told me to. Ended up waiting double the time it was supposed to take. Heard the young staff in the back arguing and confronting eachother and the cashier had to stop what he was doing to tell them to knock it off. There were other customers also waiting around for visibly late orders. One of customers was there prior to my arrival and when the staff brought food to the counter he was shocked that it was my order and not his. He left without food, got in his truck and went to McDonalds across the street. I’m rating 2 because regardless of the poor promptness and unfriendly environment, the food was still good and my order was correct – I was expecting worse after seeing how hectic it was in the kitchen.

Today, as an apology to a good friend, I tried to send him a large pepperoni pizza and a 2-liter of Pepsi. I was told that it would be delivered by Door Dash, so there would be an extra charge. When my friend still hadn’t received the pizza almost 2 hours later, I called back only to be told the order had been canceled. No one had the decency to call me and tell me that????? My poor friend has been waiting for his lunch for two hours. Pizza Hut had the audacity to ask if I wanted to place the order again??? That was met with a resounding “NO!!” He didn’t even apologize.

Was to receive an order 10 after the hour. Receive a text at delivery time stating the order was gonna be a doordash therefore a delay. Tracking updated to delivery an hour later. Lil fella at the store tried to cop a tude. Hope he gets fired. Avoid these incompetent bums

My family and I dine in, it was only us there. It took us forever to get our food and then we got our food it was cold and didn’t taste good. Also all the employees were super loud, they were getting drinks and not washing their hands after drink . One kid was playing with their hair and continued to work on making food without washing hands . One lady had her child there and letting them come back behind the counter to help themselves with whatever they like…Let’s just put it this way, my family and I will not be coming back here, unless the owner and management evaluate their staff. Very unsatisfied with this experience.

I am a delivery driver. I stood at the counter for about 7 mins before anyone acknowledged me. At first I though they were having a staff meeting. Then the shenanigans ensued. Crashing pots and pans, throwing things and cashing servers in and out of the cooler. 3 employees mad eye contact but still ignored me. Finally one came up and gave me my customers order. However he was still so distracted he forgot half of it. I had to go back and get the items and a rude young girl acted as if her negligence was my fault. After they all made me late for the order, return, waste double the time and gas (costing me other orders). Because shebhad to stay late for me to arrive. I was truly in shock. Especially because I was so nice after the first part of the incident.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in on a day they were not busy, the restaurant was disgusting, and there was 1 table seated in the corner. Me and my grandmother waited for 10 minutes watching the only worker in sight, who I believe was the manager (assumption made on the way he was dressed), flirt with the 2 women seated in the corner, not even acknowledging us. When he brought them their drinks, they spilled on the tray he was carrying them on, then he gave the drinks to the women, spilled all the liquid on the tray onto the floor, then didn’t clean it up. We started to walk out after seeing that and he was extremely rude to us while we walking out, then he waved us off and continued flirting with the women. I have never in my life been treated with such blatant disregard and disrespect, and to be coming from and employee of one of the most popular dining brands in America, is insane. They need to re-evaluate the people they are hiring, because honestly this location has been going downhill for years.
