I used to work here last year. This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had. When I first started working here there was a different manager and she was kind, but she quit a week after I was hired. Then the manager named Steve came and it was like everything went downhill. It’s like he was a disease infecting everybody. He is a liar and a coward. He fired me and had a coworker tell me I was fired, because he was afraid to tell me himself.

It’s not delivery, it DoorDash!! Terrible service!! No communication from Door Dash or Pizza Hut. It was never disclosed that DoorDash is their delivery service. I placed & order in the Pizza Hut app & chose the pay with cash option. I waited for over an hour for my order. 2 phone calls to Pizza Hut later, they were too happy to cancel my order at my request. DoorDash has been lacking for a couple of years & I would have never ordered from Pizza Hut had I known that was the service they use with offering delivery.

I placed an order around 10pm, tracker had a driver “waiting for the order” who eventually drove in the opposite direction, called me and said they were told the order was already picked up. So I called a few times to see what happened hoping it wpuld be remade/delivered or I’d offer to pick it up should there be an issue, but the number seems to go to a call center since usually it just rings forever. Once I actually got a hold of someone who said I needed to be transferred to the restaurant, which then rang forever assuming they actually transferred me.

My pizza was not what was advertised. I ordered a big New Yorker with double pepperoni and there may have been a dozen pepperoni on it. Very little sauce and my pizza was cold. Red Barron frozen pizza would have been a better choice and value. Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. The quality has really gone down hill and it’s a shame because they used to have good pizza.

This location sucks! Do not order from them if your hungry or want Pizza Hut! Ordered at 805pm was told they don’t have delivery drivers and they use DoorDash. But could take my order. Placed an order, asked for eta of when it you’ll be delivered was told they didn’t know because DoorDash would pick up the order. Fast forward 845 pm kids are starving and want pizza call the location and get disconnected then call back to be transfer to the department that handled orders???? On hold another 15 minutes! Called door dash with this crazy story and they help me get to Pizza Hut corporate- hopefully I’ll get my refund and they fire this staff of dopes! What the hell os this pizza they gave us- not a fully cooked pan pizza …. Idiot’s 935 pm store calls and says your pizza has been sitting here for an hour in a half do you still want to wait? DoorDash didn’t pick up….

If I could I wouldn’t of even gave them that one star! This location is horrible I ordered and paid for my food online when I first got there the girl told me my food was in the oven so I moved. Went back to get my food she tells me she can’t find it. She continues to take care of other customers for a good 20 minutes then continues to look for my food. I finally asked the manager if they could just remake it. They did at this point im waiting for an hour then the girl tried to give me the food they “found”. At this point I’m highly irritated, I declined and continued to wait for the new order. Finally I get the new order only to get 5 wings when I ordered 8. And my pasta was dry and over cooked. I hated everything about my experience from the service to the food I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION & i would NEVER return!

So nice to find a real sit down Pizza Hut. We love Pizza Hut because it’s always the same coast to coast. We’ve been coming to PH over 40 years. It’s getting harder and harder to find a sit down PH. A big treat to take the grandkids. Service was good and food is always reliable.

This Location sucks! I ordered three pizzas and wings for group of people. The order took over an hour and a half to come. When it arrived. It was cold and burnt!!! I called back and the store remade the order and sent it back out. This time is was left on my steps. No ring of the bell or anything. We happened to go to the door for something else and found cold pizza and wings outside.
