Went with a thin crust Buffalo chicken pie with banana peppers, the Buffalo sauce flavor was pretty outstanding, really like, would definitely recommend, the cinnamon sticks where good as well over all it’s your typical chain but this location employees are very impressive and always go above the call of duty

We had stumble upon this Pizza Hut and it came out as life saver at late night. We were driving back from Niagara Falls and everyone felt hungry. We walked into this Pizza Hut just before closing time but still the sever took really good care of us and helped us to get whatever we needed. Highly recommend services and on food too.

I feel pizza hut goes without expecting. It is okay food but there is something fantastic about it. It might be nostalgia based but I’ve always been a fan even though I can get better pizza elsewhere. Everytime I’m in Erie we make a point to stop by as we no longer have eat in pizza huts in my area. The restaurant itself is nice and both times I’ve been it was pretty quite.

I got amazin service frm the sweet lady dat worked da front and my food was made wonderfully!! The cook, Mr Nick, went above and beyond!! I thanked him personally when i picked up my food bcuz im always thankful to the ppl who make my food, but when i got home and actually checked my food, he ABSOLUTELY did his thang!! It was right, hot, & delicious!! Thank u Mr. Nick!! I didn’t think any otha Pizza Hut could compare to my Pizza Hut back home, but if all da cooks dere are like Nick, I’ve found anutha AMAZIN Pizza Hut i will definitely recommend and return to anytime!! Thx again to them both & GOD BLESS!!

I was just the delivery person. I didn’t even know what the order was. But I showed up right on time. The screen read my name with word ready next to it. There were several people in front of me and a few standing by who had already been taken care of. My ticket had been misplaced, and my food had to be made all over again. Needless to say, 45 minutes later and a 20 dollar credit on my next order I finally had my order, which was good. There was definitely a lack of training, communication and organization. They didn’t seem to be understaffed.

1st off ordered online set my address twice and the site kept changing my address to something else. Tried to call the store 7 times no one would answer so I wait outside to catch the delivery driver outside pizza gets here and I told the driver the site keeps changing the address and called the store and nobody answers when I tried calling 7 times. He said and I quote “yeah nobody answers the phone there” wow what a way to run a business. Open the food and all of it is over cooked and barely any toppings on the pizza especially since I ordered extra toppings and spent 50 bucks on pizza! For anyone reading this save yourself a headache and go to Marcos or papa John’s food is way better and they actually have customer service! Tried calling again to complain about my over cooked hard as a rock pizzas and guess what still no answer! Worst service ever and worst pizza ever and a total waste of money!

Pizza was delicious! I ordered on the way home from shopping as I was going to drive right by anyways and my food was correct and ready in 15 minutes! Only complaint I had was the huge crater in the parking lot! Be careful driving between Pizza Hut and KFC as your car will be swallowed up by the concrete!

First & foremost, the food was amazing! The service though… Now I work in customer service as well & know & understand all that entails. All the good & bad days, all the good & bad customers, all the rush & all the down time… Believe me, I get it… But… With that being said, the service is something that definitely needs to be something the waitress should work on.
