I would like to thank the 2 sisters that were working when we visited the hut. They made the experience great for my 4 year old son. They entertained him while waiting for our food. That’s not easy to do. The food was fantastic. Best service ever. The sisters deserve a raise. The fireplace and atmosphere made this visit fun for all of us.

We come to this Pizza Hut from Buffalo a few times a year and it’s great everytime. The staff is great even though they’re usually busy and have never had a problem with our order (usually just pan pizzas and bread sticks) and everything is clean.

Very disappointing that they use doordash for delivery even when you order directly from the restaurant. The Doordash drivers always stop at other restaurants and your pizza is usually room temperature when you receive it. Go back to paying your own employees to deliver.

We were excited to see a dine in Pizza Hut while in Erie. This location looked “modern” compared to old school Pizza Huts. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young male, Andrew. He asked that we seat ourselves where we could find a clean table. He ended up being our server, too, because he appeared to be the ONLY server in the not busy restaurant. The food was mediocre and overpriced. While somewhat friendly, Andrew always seemed in a hurry and was rushed. Based on our experience, we won’t be returning to this location.

Something just didn’t taste right. I think Pizza Hut changed their cheese to a cheaper blend. It’s the not the Pizza Hut we grew up on, folks. It’s just cheap corporate junk. So disappointed. Never again.

Ordered the Detroit pizza today. So much for the cheese baked on the crust around the pizza as promised. We asked for the sauce on the side – they did that, but it was cold. The dough was undercooked and as you can see the pepperoni on top was overcooked. Never again!
