We waited forever for our waitress and when she came she took our order and we didn’t see her again for 15/20 mins got our drinks, then took another 10 mins to get a milk for the baby……we ordered and the 2 other tables that came after us were served before us…..then we got our pizzas they were tough and hard to cut…..didn’t see our sauces we ordered on the side so we went to ask for them…..she didn’t check back on us at all! Then we got the bill and asked if we wanted a box we said yes….. daughter went up to pay the bill and our waitress was sitting in the back on her phone! No box so we had to ask for that as well! Won’t be back to that pizza hut any time in the near future!

Worst experience. We came in from jamestown to eat here. Not only was our order messed up multiple times but the main item I wanted was not available. Our server decided to tell us 5 minutes after the fact. Chicken wings were terrible. We specifically asked for them to be extra crispy extra saucy. They were extra saucy but not even crispy at all. This was after they forgot 6 of our chicken wings. A table came in about 15-20 minutes after us and they got their food first. I was not impressed. We were the only table in there besides the couple that came in after us. Our server barely checked on us. I had to get up and go ask for more milk for my son and everything. Highly unprofessional and not a very good place. I do not recommend

Drove 30 minutes to eat here, no boneless wings or anything fried available. Server was kind but our service took forever. It’s freezing in this place. Didn’t get straws for our cups so hopefully they were sanitized properly. Just a poor experience.
