I’ve had both good and bad experiences over many years of ordering here, mostly good. Today we spent $23 on 2 large pizzas for pick up. Their pretty much only set up for deliveries and pick ups anymore. You can tell money was never invested back into the business for dine-in as it’s run-down and I know many people who will not buy from here as they consider the restaurant “dirty”. Always new workers, you can tell they don’t care about paying them well but I have reduced my ordering to only several times a year and it’s a shame. One thing I appreciated as a child was getting a free small pizzas for reading books at the library in the summer program. That’s at least ONE thing they did for the community. All aspects need improvement.

Ordered with Pizza hut in New castle tonight and delivery was over an hour and by the time we got it the order was missing food and cold. Then when we called they sent a new pizza with Doordarsh and not sure what happened but we never recieved anything and couldnt call because they were closed so I paid $27 for one pizza that was cold and greasy.

This location used to be primo. I remember when I was a wee lad and my friends and I used to go to this location to dine inside. The quality was phenomenal. The pies were always well-crafted, crisp, fresh, and delicious.

Stopped in to order 2 personal Pan pizzas and breadsticks to go. The gentleman taking care of us was very kind, the woman that made our pizzas did not wear gloves after being in the money drawer, hardly put any cheese on our pizzas and was throwing things into the garbage from Afar. It definitely was not worth $22.

Quick and good for a last minute crowd that showed up. The only thing is I don’t like being sent to their call center and always request to be transferred to the store. Additionally they’ve been stingy on the cheese lately.

Called to order a large pizza for delivery. It was 30!!!! The person who answered told us she could do a special large for $10 but delivery was all least $13. She could not add $3 to the order and did not speak English at ALL! So they are using a call center and no one speaks English! Will never order again! Horrible! Bye bye pizza hut!
