Tried calling to order a pizza for delivery at 7:45 on a Friday night, call center says my address is not in the delivery area, I live 1.9 miles (less than 5 min) from the Irwin store and have had delivery many times before. Tried ordering online, same result. Called back again and call center tried connecting me directly with the store, they answered then immediately hung up. After a few, decided to go out and order/pick up in person. Drove to the Irwin store and arrived at about 8:20. Looked at the posted store hours on the door and it said open until 10pm. I opened the door and walked in, the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me coming into the store. I approached the counter and asked to place a to go order. She informed me that they were closing in 5 min and could not complete my order. I stated that the posted hours said 10pm, they told me they did not have enough staff to stay open. There was at least 2 other people behind the counter and I also passed 2 delivery drivers leaving the parking lot when I entered. It doesn’t take a large staff to make pizzas, a business should remain open during there posted hours, short staffed or not. Do what you can to take care of the public that pays your salary. I am sure the franchise owner would not be happy either.

No complaints whatsoever. Just ordered two of the Big New Yorkers. Excellent!

There was some kind of fuzz or stringy fiber in the crust of our one pizza. 🙁 it wasn’t just one slice, it was multiple.

Ignored my order specifications and put the wrong ingredients into my meal. The time before that I sat outside for 20+ minutes for a curbside order. Went inside and they ignored me for another 5 before realizing I was there. Offered an abysmal apology and pulled my food out of the warmers they had been sitting under the whole time.

Not bad, nothing great either. Not what they used to be years ago. They are good for an occasional pizza but doesn’t come close to my number one choices from small independently owned pizza shops.

Quick and friendly service. Quirky and fun murals on parking lot back walls! Table and booth seats weren’t well cleaned from previous customers. The restaurant is in need of remodeling or at least cleaned well to get rid of all the stickiness. Parking lot needs a re-do too. Building is ratty around the edges.

Ordered dinner this evening and had my kids with me so the curbside option was great!! We just sat in the car a few minutes and the food was ready. We got home to eat and food temp was still hot and everything we ordered was delicious!!

What happened to our Pizza Hut! Is it staffing issues or just poor management? This is the only bad thing about living in this area. IF you can find a time that they are actually open, the food quality has gone down drastically over the past few years. and I repeat that is IF you find a time they are open which seems like a very rare occasion lately. It’s a shame that they are running this classic Pizza hut building into the ground, I guess soon it will just be another relic that we drive past and say “look kids, that used to be a Pizza Hut.”
