Ordered online at 415 and it said 25 to 35mins. 530 still no pizza, called the store which rang about 40 times before it was picked up and was told the driver is a little backed up. I then asked if it had left the store yet and he said no. So basically the pie was just sitting there for at least a half hr before I called. What a joke. Never ordering again.

I am not exaggerating when I say our food was truly God awful. Our pizza was undercooked, practically uncut and they completely ignored the cooking instructions. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your pizza needs. I would give this place a 0 if it was possible.

Gotta say, the pan pizza is a classic, ordered two large which were quite delicious. The kitchen looked very clean, pizza was done exactly the time estimated and the pizza maker welcomed me with a subtle friendliness. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I felt like the toppings, mostly the pepperoni amounts were a bit lacking, great pizza though!

Ordered one large pep and one large sausage using coupon 5A for )7.99 pick up. Sent my daughter in to pay it was over 21 some dollars??? So I return and question how it added up to be that amount. The guy told me it was 1.00 more for PAN!!! WHAT!? The coupon said hand tossed or thin so why charge me for pan!?

The last five times we have been to this Pizza Hut both pizzas are ALWAYS undercooked. Went today and about 4 months after our last raw dough experience thought we’d give it one more try. Got home it was undercooked I had to put it in my oven to finish cooking it and they forgot my marinara sauce for my breadsticks!!!!!

This place is horrible doesn’t matter if you pick up or delivery. First time 2 hours for delivery, second time it was dropped off on a table and never contacted about it so it sat for an hour before we found it. Decided this time okay maybe pick up….yeah right they can’t even get the food right. Worst experience multiple times

This particular store is terrible. Do not go to this particular store. 1597 washington pike bridgeville. They were mad i got a deal from the app and tried to charge me almost 10 dollars more. I was made to show them my phone with the correct price from the app. I also requested to cook the pizza xtra well. Since they were mad about the price they took the pizza out early. It was like dough when i got it home. Was falling apart it was so undercooked. I threw it away. 20$ lesson

Never again… this location is horrible. Not only are they ridiculously slow but my husband is gluten free and there are no options for him. I can order from other places that we get a variety of options for the entire household. I long since stopped ordering from here but my granddaughter is visiting and asked specifically for pizza hut.
