At 12:45pm there is one other table. We are the second table, it took 20 minutes before a waitress cane over. Chairs are stacked on tables. Service is poor. The dining area is not inviting. No salad bar. This used to be a thriving business.

I had ordered on the app our food said on the way for 30 minutes we called multiple times and our food had never showed up called again and they said another one will be shipped we waited for 2 hours and when our food arrived it was cold I have never had a problem with this Pizza Hut but something needs to be done
