I was happy to find an eat in Pizza hut in the Glens falls/Hudson Falls area, as there are no Pizza Huts in the immediate Capital district. To no fault of the waitress or other staff, they are short on support staff and everything took extra long, however the waitress told me that is not the norma,l and was as attentive as she could be. The Pizza was decent, the kids enjoyed it. I would rate it a 6. The breadsticks and salad were really good. Their original creamy Italian salad dressing is the best.

Wings were excellent although they charge you over a dollar for extra blue cheese and it’s the size of a sauce from McDonald’s. There is no salad bar anymore and that’s why I gave them 3 stars. Nostalgia is dead and its kind of boring without it. I’d go back for the wings alone though… maybe bring my own bottle of blue cheese lol.

Pizza hut under cooked. Vegetables were raw. Ordered a medium pizza with onions, peppers, olives and sausage and everything was way under cooked. Came to my house and it was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. So disappointing.

Horrible customer service by Colleen the district manager. Forgot part of my order that was delivered and asked if I was coming to get it instead of offering to bring it to me, that’s kind of why I paid the $5 delivery fee in the first place. When I asked to be refunded for the order she would only refund part of it and only as a credit. When I disagreed she got nasty and hung up the phone. I won’t be back. Very unprofessional.

Pizza, bread sticks were great. Only 2 employees we could see were working, the cook and waitress. Had to send plates back, half were greasy and still had food on them, same with silverware. Bathroom was dirty, 2 stalls, 1 no t.p and the other almost out. I can’t blame the employees there, you can only do so much with 2 people…Waitress was great for all the tables she had to work.

Your pizza is never cooked right anymore it’s always sooooo doughy even when u asked them to cook it well done u ask for extra marinara sauce and get charged twice now never got two each time but had no problem charging me for it
