0 stars! I have never EVER dealt with such HORRIBLE RUDE customer service, from a manager at that! I placed an order online. Drove 20 minutes to get it. 20 minutes home just to find my entire order wrong & inedible for my family. Specifically asked for no pork because my family can not have pork! My husband took a huge bite before realizing there was pork, which then made him vomit. The other item in my order was not made how I asked. I literally did not pay for what I got and had to throw the whole order away. When I called the store the manager who made my order told me “I didn’t do anything wrong call corporate for a refund” I then asked how long he had been working in customer service because his attitude was horrible he said “not long, call corporate” when I called corporate they said because this store is franchised, they should issue a refund & that they don’t stand by their stores treating people this way. I then called the manager back & explained what corporate said and asked for the owner or his boss to contact me, his response was “I won’t give you a refund because it’s over $5 & I will have to explain to my boss what I did wrong then I get in trouble”, then called me back 10 minutes later & said “I can give you my personal 50% employee discount if you reorder” I explained I was not going to be spending another dollar at a store that refuses to help it’s customers. I actually am disgusted with this restaurant’s approach to customer service & upset that I wasted my time and money. If the owner or higher up just accepts the way this manager acts, shame on them.

I tried the new pasta bowl they have out now I have gotten the chicken Alfredo one and it is dried out no sauce noodles hard and dried out and the bread sticks that came with them had no sauce and they wasn’t hot it said my food would be ready in 10 minutes I was there before 10 and my food was done already wasn’t hot or anything. Pizza Hut gotta do better

I’ll start off with stating the staff was nice, friendly, and professional. The quality of the food however was not acceptable. The pizza was overdone and dry and the pasta was extremely dry with very little sauce to the point it was inedible. I would honestly say it was the worst pasta I have ever eaten. This obviously is not my first time having Pizza Hut and I have enjoyed it but this occasion was extremely disappointing. My only thought could be I ordered it approximately 90 mins in advance for a scheduled pickup. Maybe it was cooked to early and sat in the holding oven for to long. I can assure you this is not the quality you want your restaurants serving.

Food and staff are consistently good. Yesterday was especially good because we were celebrating our “dating anniversary.” 28 years ago on 10/29/93, we had Pizza Hut for lunch on our first date and we had it again last night!! This June we will be married for 25 years!! Thanks for the memories Pizza Hut!!

Horrible. Ordered online for delivery accepted the payment after on hour of waiting for the delivery we called they told us they don’t deliver here. We will get a refund in a few days.. So We went to Domino’s. Domino’s actually knows how to direct you to the correct location for delivery. That is why Pizza hut is losing their locations of business.

Customer service is the worst i order ahead of time to pick up my food later i get to the place the guy charges me for my food tell’s me is not ready i wait for 20 minutes inside that is about 1 hour after i order finally i get upset and tell the guy to cancel my order now he checks his kitchen my order has been ready for the past 30 minutes he just handed it to me like nothing happened after he made me waste over 20 minutes waiting for the food that has been ready for 30. O stars for this place.
