Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered door dash they gave driver half the order and when I called store they transfered me 5 times, kept me on phone for 15 mins and transfered me 3 times to call center. I never was able to get my 2 orders of wings.

Everytime I go here the employees always go above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. I’m always greeted as I am walking in & always feel welcomed. Every employee is extremely friendly. This location has the nicest & most understanding managers too! Highly recommended for sure!

So the pictures and description on Google are misleading. There is no indoor dining. This is now a tiny takeout only pizza hut. Drove 40 mins here only to find out we have to eat in the car. I assume they downsized but didn’t bother editing the photos that show rows of tables. Disappointing.

Every time I walk into a Pizza Hut, it’s a gamble of whether the interior is updated or whether it looks straight from the early 2000s. This Pizza Hut was the latter. With grungy carpets and checkerboard tables, it’s a Hut that could definitely use a face lift, but it’s still charming in its own wacky sort of way. There was a slight musty smell from our booth in the corner that dated the place further. But who goes to Pizza Hut for the decor? The pizza, a personal pan, was average and tasty. Our waiter wasn’t enthusiastic, but he was kind. Overall, I’m satisfied, but with a solid shrug.

It’s Pizza Hut, so it’s salty and not great for you. But when you crave that, it’s very good. The food was warm and exactly what we ordered. I live in Howell, and we no longer have a Pizza Hut, so it’s an occasional treat to go into Jackson and get some.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Waited 1.5 hours for our food that never came when they said 30 minutes. Hung up on us 5 times trying to ask where our food was. They wouldn’t deliver because our number “came in funny because of their system.” Eventually put us on hold for 30 min, told us it was our fault and their attitude was insane. If I could give ZERO stars I would!
