Drove far to experience dine-in -as many no longer provide it. I left saddened that my stomach wasn’t bigger. Everything was so yummy! The pizza huts in my town don’t have the authentic pizza hut texture and taste. Here, every bite and taste took me back a decade to what pizza hut is supposed to taste like. Anyways, we’ll definitely back.

The wife and I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm. The girl at the counter told us to sit anywhere and she would be right with us. The restaurant had 4 employees on duty and only 1 table of customers. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes and the girl never came over. I looked in her direction 3 times and she was laughing in our direction. We were totally frustrated, got up and as we walked out I told them their customer service sucked and we went to another pizza restaurant. There is no reason we should have had to wait so long to be waited on when they were in the back joking and playing around like there was a party going on. Times are tough and it’s hard to earn customers, well you lost 2.

Worst pizza and wing delivery I have ever had. Pizzas are all smashed to one side and don’t even look like pizza. The wings were all smashed flat. I had to pop all the wing containers back to somewhat normal. It took 10 minutes to make my order and 45 minutes to deliver garbage. Not to mention, obviously all the food is cold. (Update) Called the store and they agreed to remake the pizzas and make it a priority. Still took almost 45 minutes to get the remakes and 1 out of 3 pizzas was what I even ordered. So now of a $90 order ($100 with tip) i have a bunch of cold smashed boneless wings, and 6 pizzas which only 1 is right and edible. Their solution is to give $30 back. I DON’T THINK SO!!! Worst service I’ve ever had from a Pizza Hut!

I go to this pizza hut all the time & usually the food is great, but today however, was so disappointing! I ordered a medium pizza, 8pc boneless wings & 10 breadsticks. The breadsticks I received were the most disgusting breadsticks EVER!!! DRENCHED in butter, way TOO MUCH. The breadsticks got super soggy & the taste was god awful. I couldn’t even eat them. It looked like someone poured the whole thing of butter all over them! It was very wet looking.

I tried to order a pizza and the person who took my order repeated it and it was all wrong. I tried to correct it but they hung up before I could and didn’t give me a total charge. I called back to cancel the order and they were very rude.

Ordered delivery and was missing half my order. The delivery guy said to call and ask for a refund. I called several times and no one picked up. The food is garbage, avoid at all costs.
