Went here to grab pizza for me and my kids. Everything was burnt. The wings were hard and almost black and the pizza was so dark. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food before to post but I was so mad I just ended up throwing it out. I love pizza hut but I won’t be coming to this location again.

After ordering here a few times I can say the staff is chill. No problems there but they be lacking with the pizza sauce. I even ordered extra sauce on my last order and can still barely see it. Just stop being stingy please, thanks.

So just beware pizza hut sends your call and order through a call center depending on where you are your orders its place my order was placed in Willingboro which was fine here’s the problem the call center takes your order gives you a price you drive to go to retrieve your pizza guess what the call center has not placed your order plus the cost is different I got really lucky the gentleman there was really understanding because not only did I had to wait for my pizza to get done it was the wrong price but it was kind enough to compromise with me I thought that was very nice of him so beware the call center don’t always place your order and they don’t always give you the right price Eyes Wide Open here we go again you call the call center they tell you that there is a deal they tell you 17 80 and then when you get there the guy behind the counter say the call center never placed your order and we don’t have your order ready and it’s going to cost more because there is no deal on what you order imagine that I think I’m done with Pizza Hut

I wouldn’t even give them one star I only did it because I had to,to be able to postPizza Hut is a complete rip-off. They charged an extra for everything you’re supposed to get three toppings but they want extra charge for extra cheese they say it’s not topping. Then they want you to pay $10 for delivery and tax.. that’s not even including that’s not even including tip. And then on top of that they won’t even honor the coupons and the special isn’t a coupon it’s only on the website. Thier pizza isn’t that good. You guys have a wonderful day and be cautious. The people that work here are disrespectful and rude. I went in and placed an order. I was told it would ready in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked the status of my order and he told me another 10minutes. So, I sat down and waited over 10 minutes and still the order was not ready, nobody bothered to say it was going to take longer. So, i stood up and waited, I was told “ITS COMING” in a very aggressive and rude way. After total of 30 minutes I got my order of medium pizza and garlic bread. As I was heading out of the store the cashier began talking to his coworker in the kitchen. He said “she snatched it” and other things I couldn’t hear. He had no name tag on so i went to ask for his name and he did not want to give me his name because he knew what he did was wrong. He said his name quietly “Alad” so I repeated it back to him and he continued to act rude. And instead of apologizing his coworker ganged up on me and she tried to defend his rudeness. She was making false claims instead of apologizing. These people are trash. They don’t deserve to have a job. They are just ruining the company reputation! Never going back to this place. You shouldn’t either! I have no problem waiting, get your timing right!

they sent out my cinnamon rolls literally uncooked and pretty much raw.. rest of the order was pretty ok i mean it is exactly what you expect from pizza hut quality food so… i just really wish cinnamon rolls werent raw and could of enjoyed them instead putting icing on them and taking a raw bite and realizing its a raw strechy dough which almost made me throw up at the end of my meal! probably not eating from that place for a long time

Weekend and evenings are absolutely horrible. How someone could take this out the oven, look at it,and still put icing on it and box it up and deliver it to a customer is beyond me. My entire order was a mess. My whole pizza order was wrong,dry and cold. And the cinnabuns looked like this. Definitely not professional and when I called customer service you have to choose between two coupons being sent to you or a returned phone call for your complaint. The complaint should be put thru AND your phone call should be returned regardless. Just a all around bad way to conduct business. Not to mention the fact that they already had gotten paid since a debit card was used.
