Poor service with a lot of rude attitude. Owner/Management should invest in some customer services training. This lady, the manager during Night Shift, is very rude with customer and there was nobody in the front for a long period. She started arguing with an employee in front of the customer and send this guy home in the middle of the shift. They made a huge line and I waited over 1hr for my order to be ready.

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for over 20 years. I have never been served pizza to this disgusting, unappetizing level before. My family was fasting and weren’t even able to eat and enjoy their dinner. I went back to bring the pie and ordered a new one hoping it would turn out normal (like it has in the past). Unfortunately, after waiting another 20min for the pizza to be made, it turned out the same. I asked for my money back and was told the manager is busy downstairs doing other things. I have never been more upset and shocked with the service and hospitality in my life!!!! How is this possible!!! Step it up Pizza Hut!!!!

Worst Pizza Hut in NJ! Customer service is despicable. The manager who is a woman held an unlit cigarette in her hand while she spoke to me and gave excuse upon excuse with the most nonchalant tone on why my pizza was burnt. She was fully aware that it was burnt when prepared and sent it out for delivery anyway! I stupidly order a second time within the same month and behold another burnt pizza! Seriously how hard is your job that you can prepare pizza and take it out the oven in time. What makes it even worst is that this particular pizza is always offline and has their calls transferred to a call center who is just as unhelpful and despicable. I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t get a fresh pie to make up for the burnt one. Nothing, I hope this place along with its staff goes out of business.

It was the worst pizza we have ever eaten at a pizza hut or anywhere else! We ordered 2 pies to go. They were literally burnt on top but undercooked/very soft on the bottom. I cant believe they let them leave the kitchen. It lacked the deep pan flavor , and it was flat.

The bathrooms are horrible. The food was just ok. I spoke with management who agreed to replace my order. They said they’d give me a credit of $30. Some time passed and I placed an order. $61 later, ($31 after the $30 credit) this pizza was just ok. Hardly any toppings on it abs it looked crazy. Tasted just ok but not what I expected for a $61 order. I’ve attached pictures. There were only like 10 pieces of sausage on the pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza also which also had hardly any pepperoni on it. Not worth the cost

I placed an order for pick up and was right on time. Was so hungry i couldnt contain it. Started eating some in the parking lot. Tell me why it was ice cold????? And the pizza was not cut properly at all! I was ripping it apart like a little feral creature. Its too bad if i wasnt so desperately hungry i wouldnt have cared but that was so not cool. It threw me off to have just picked it up and its cold. Icky!

Worst customer service EVER!! I was waiting outside for my pasta just a pasta for over 45 mins when I finally decided to call and ask when i called in i was told my “your order is ready” message wasnt true! I hadnt even said ny name yet or order i was waiting for when she told me it just came out there was 100 people before you then when she finally came out with my order it was a wrong order yelling saying “you kno it dosnt pay to be ugly” all cause i told her i wanted to cancel my order cause i knew for a fact my food wasnt fresh anymore so she went bak for my order and to my surprise it was not fresh look like it had been sitting there for a while now super dry and disgusting! Wouldn’t recommend even if my food would’ve been good i still wouldn’t recommend the worker’s attitude have alot to do with the company and she was horrible

Customer Service is Horrible!!! Completely unwilling to be accommodating. Regularly has ignored notes in online orders, or out right delivered the wrong product. Never again will I order from this location.
