Ordered through a phone call and it wasn’t a very pleasant call. The woman’s voice was muffled and I had to ask what she said constantly, to which she seemed to start sounding frustrated. I understood why so there wasn’t a problem at all. I told her my order and she didn’t hear it because she asked what I wanted to order so I was very confused and skeptical because I just did. The phone call was ended because of that and I was shocked. I had to call again to order again and once that was resolved she hung up almost immediately after. I understood at first, obviously the situation can be very frustrating, but her attitude wasn’t the best.

I finally go back to Pizza Hut and just like the last time the food was horrible the Melt had more green peppers and 3 pepperoni’s the cheese was old cause it was in clonks and not melted, The crust was under cooked or old ..The Cinna bons was old as if it was pre heated or over heated cause they was hard…I am so so disappointed and will NEVER EAT FROM THEM AGAIN

Service at this location used to be great, but lately it’s kind of dropped off. Yesterday I ordered on the app and arrived after the app said, “your order is ready”. When I walked in no one came to the counter for about 5 minutes and when they did, they told me the order was not ready. The pizza was okay when I got home, but as I said the location is not as good as it has been.

Friendly and very helpful staffs made sure to correct my error on the delivery address. Food was fresh and hot when delivered. Ordering online was easy and save this store for future orders. Great for large parties or just don’t want to cook night. Lots of top quality option on the menu to include vegan too.

Service is horrible. Pizza was ordered at 3:02pm and arrived at 5:15pm and staff didn’t want to refund our money they were rude and sauces were missing and we payed for that. This place is in Newark Ave Elizabeth NJ.

Place the order early for a 4pm delivery the driver didn’t show up on till 4:30. Second, when I got the pizza pies and the pasta, it was cold, and I was having a kids’ birthday party. I had to heat everything up it was not good.

I wish I had a choice to give them a rating of ZERO! I placed my order via Pizza Hut website. Unknown to me, Pizza Hut has Door Dash to deliver my order. Got the food before time. Cool right! Nope! Gave my kids the first box of pizza, which was cheese. Mommy, where are the drinks? Shoot! The delivery guy forgot to give me drinks. Called him immediately. He informed that Pizza Hut didn’t give him any drinks. Now, I called Pizza Hut. Phone keeps ringing until I am transferred to their call center, chose option 3. Fax line picked up. Called again and once again transferred to their call center. At the same time, my eldest comes running in the run, Mommy, Mommy I caught the baby eating pork. Huh? We don’t eat pork in my household. I go looked; yes, the second box was pepperoni and not grilled chicken. Now I’m beyond UPSET! Now I chose option 1. I informed the representative. She said I will transfer you to the store. I told her that they are not picking up. She said she will transfer to a manager. Talked to a manager, in my opinion, who couldn’t care less. She transferred me to the store – where once again the fax line picked up. Called again and once again transferred to the call center. The lady said I will transfer you to the store. I explained to her NO ONE is picking up. She said they will. Believe it or not, a man picked up. This man had the right to BLAME me! He said there is no way I got pepperoni pizza! Why in the world would I make this up??? I told him you can call me via FaceTime or WhatsApp to see the damn pizza! Is this what customer service is today??? And, then he proceeded to blame Door Dash. I did NOT place my order via Door Dash. I asked for his name and he said my name. I placed it via Pizza Hut website. Can you believe this? He told me to bring the pizza back to them. Hello!!! I had it delivered for a REASON!!! I obviously don’t have a vehicle to get to your door or I wouldn’t have been calling so many times. He talked to his manager. They will deliver my correct order and drinks. I asked for a credit. They gave me $5!!!! I paid almost 10x times that much! I asked for his name again! And he hangs up!!! Now I’m sitting here waiting for my correct order. I am not holding my breath!!!! Pizza Hut hired better people!!!

Last time ordering from here and any other Pizza Hut. Almost 3 hours of wait time for delivery. Pizza was cold and dry. Almost no sauce and cheese on the pizza. gave Me a random drink not the one I selected.
