The brand has fallen so far over the decades. My wife and I used to dine-in while in high school, college and our early family years in northern NJ and the places were always packed on Friday/Saturday nights. It was a fun experience. Dine-in seems to be a thing of the past and the takeout experience has been shoddy. Placing the kitchen staff further from the end customer really shows in the lackluster quality of the food these days. It has become more of a commodity and less of an experience, and that just means people are not willing to pay for better food. NOT a surprise that the brand is struggling. They need a shake-up in corporate and “new” vision to return to what made them great.

Cashier my pizza away to the wrong customer and decided to hand me a wrong pizza too. I already waited half an hour for a medium pepperoni lovers and for someone to give it to the wrong customer is frustrating. Then when we brought it to their attention the cashier had no response and just a blank stare, didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge the mess up

The worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a buffalo chicken and a cheese pizza. There was no chicken or buffalo anywhere. The sauce was who the heck knows. The sliced hot peppers where from out the jar. But who puts hot peppers on buffalo chicken with no sauce. Right you don’t use hot peppers.They need a chief . i would not recommend anyone who enjoys a good meal to go there!!! A waste of money!!!

Pizza was delivered barely cooked, cheese in the crust tasted like a gritty powder, and it was barely warm. I threw the whole thing out on exception of the couple bites I spit out. NEVER AGAIN

First time try Pizza Hut in US. Spacious space for dine in or online order and take out. Friendly staffs. Quite busy even order at almost 10 pm. Pizza taste ok not that satisfied as expected

So I placed the order through doordash it was early afternoon and I spent over $30, the food was inedible visually it had very little cheese and almost no marinara sauce on it. The breadsticks were one big rectangular greasy blob! Adding further insult the pizza was clearly spoiled the first bite tasted sour thankfully, I tried the food first before serving it to children and prevented them from getting food poisoning! No wonder Pizza hut’s going bankrupt and closing a lot of locations corporate should get rid of this location too!

Yesterday i decided to get one of the “Large New York Style” pizza with half sausage topping from this Belleville restaurant, and I wish I never did it. If you have the urges for pizza, please get one from any other pizzeria in town or get a frozen one from the supermarket nextdoor. Do not waste your money and appetite by going to this place. a) To me, it seems like they used the amount of pizza dough used for a small pie, to make the larger one. b) Sauce, cheese and sausage? Lets just say that I wouldn’t ever go back to that place. I wish I could give it less than one star.

They told me my apartment was too far to deliver to and I live in Belleville the same town they are in. So I called the pizzeria right down the street who had no problem delivering in TOWN and gave the driver a 10$ tip.
