Ordered delivery . Food arrived 1 hour later after ordering and ice ice cold. Pizza hut did not even deliver it . Door dash.. I suggest if possible pick it up . Pizza was under cooked.

I ordered from this location tonight and their customer service skills were less than unsatisfactory, over the phone & in person. The way they do business is terrible. After being late with my order, their delivery person (done through DoorDash) arrived without any change, and they refused to allow me to pay for my order over the phone with my card while standing with delivery person. They also refused to allow me to go get change from a nearby store to pay for my order. First and last time ordering from this location.

Avoid ordering from this Store. Miguel the manager has very little common sense about how to keep his clients happy. He blamed Doordash of incompetency , Doordash said his store did not provide my address and phone number so my pizza has been seating in a car for more that a hour and half. We asked a refund and he said we can have either the pizza or the refund, not both. He said the would throw away the pizza if we choice the refund. With all the bad review form this store you wonder how they are still in business. I will never order from this store again.

The employees making the pizza over here lack common sense. They were able to get the pizza made on time, but little did I know that they would box an undercooked pizza for me. First and last time buying pizza from here— should’ve known better based off the reviews.

Ordered a carry out Detroit style pizza from this location. After taking it home and opening up the box, I noticed that they didn’t put any sauce on top of the pizza like it is advertised.

I always order from this Pizza Hut. But, this time I got the worst pizza ever! The order I received was cold, the cheese bread was nothing but bread (little cheese), the pizza (sausage and pepperoni) cold and barely any cheese. I paid extra to EXTRA cheese. As you see in the pictures, it’s obvious someone did not follow instructions. Quite disappointed! I threw out all that pizza that is in the pictures

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would do it. Today I was outside with my friends and we decided to order the big dinner box. When we started eating the cheese pizza we saw that the cheese pizza had no marinara sauce. It only tasted like cheese and bread. We decided to call the store.
