Came at 5:15pm. The whole dining room was full of dirty tables. There was 1 girl at the register told us to sit wherever. There was 2 table somewhat clean. A booth for 4 or a table that the chairs were up on. Well there was 7 of us so we choose that one. The edge of the table looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I had to put paper towels so not to stick to the table. We finally got some of our food but not the pizza. Hello Pizza Hut. I didnt come here for chicken and breadsticks. When she came to check on us, I said everything was fine just waiting on our pizza. Well it is now 6:45 and we are just getting our pizza because of “a glitch” in the system that send the sticks, chicken and not the pizza to the cook. WHAT? I also order the brownie dessert which never came and here it is 7:40. She brought the check it’s not on it so we are out of here. Come to find out she is new. When I heard that I wasn’t so mad at the service but I was disguised with the tables.

So. After half an hour of trying to use the website, I called what I thought was pizza hut. Told them the website says they’re closed, I can’t order. Had to download the app, put the order in, and then when I chose delivery, it said my cart would be wiped out, because the order was set for carryout. Finally! I place the order, it got here pretty quickly, and I had the same driver, she’s awesome and I love having her. I get to the pizza, I ordered the big new yorker: extra cheese all over, right half pepperoni, left half mushrooms and black olives. It’s all pepperoni. I don’t eat red meat. Called the number, got the call center it turns out. Waited for over 10 minutes for someone local to pick up after being transferred, and finally hung up. I ended up peeling pepperoni off, and in the process lost half of the cheese. Why is it a local number, when it’s not. Oh, don’t forget the ridiculous delivery fee. I spent $50 on a pizza that was incorrect, a pan pizza, fries and a cookie. Not including tip.

Fully disclosure, this is being written while I am still scathing made at the shear incompetence of this store. The delivery driver and person I spoke to at the check out desk were very nice but it is the quality of my food I am here to talk about. I had ordered a simple Large Pepperoni Lover’s pizza and when it was delivered it was barely a pepperoni pizza with mounds of cheese on it. I then drove to the store after 15 minutes of getting no response over the phone and another 10 of driving to their location. I opted to have a new pizza made as I still needed to eat tonight and didn’t find it worth it to drive all the way down to get a refund. After sitting and waiting for another 15 minutes, I received a second pizza that was nearly identical to the first pizza. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is not the first time my pizza has been ruined but it will be the last as we have opted to never return to this location and will be mentioning our experiences to all friends and family. My one question is, why is it so hard to make a pizza as someone has ordered it? Even coming in and explaining exactly what was looked for and still can not be done correctly. Luckily Domino’s is right down the road and we will be taking our business there from now on. You have officially lost regular customers from your store and I hope your chefs learn how to read a simple order ticket.

Normally this location is great, but the Manager who was on tonight was down right rude and had a disgusting attitude. She was making it so we didn’t want to order from this location any more. She messed up both of my pizzas and told us that she couldn’t fix one but that she could only fix the other one due to the sauce and being over cooked. Personally she needs to be reevaluate as a manager, the pizza hut I know would let their employees be this rude ti customer and I would know I used to be a shift manager/ cook and her behavior was unacceptable and uncalled for, you messed up the pizzas and we asked politely to have them re made, but no she had to snap and be rude.

Poor customer service. Took my sibling out to hear, and waited and waited non-stop. Waiter took 20 mins to bring us our drinks, which were brought just in time for the food. Never brought me the ranch i asked for. When ask for check and box for left over wings, we sat for atleast 30 mins (no joke), while watching her mess up orders, forget orders, etc. at every table. They had about 3 people in the back, and only had this front-end person handling the sit down, pickups and phone ordering. Seems like they could have helped out somewhere.

Always enjoy pizza hut, you can tell the place is starting to show it’s age and unfortunately the salad bar wasn’t open for the weekly lunch. But the food was great as usual.

This pizza hut renewed my take on the chain restaurant. It was very clean inside. The food was amazing and took me back in time when pizza hut was king. The service was just as good as the food!
