I was supposed to receive a delivery order on July 4, and it never got delivered as a result of the delivery driver getting into an accident, which I felt bad about. A kind employee called to tell me she would give me a refund. I waited a few days and did not receive the refund. I kept trying to call and the manager said he would call me back, but did not follow through. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I am overly very annoyed that I had to do that. The case is still open. I think they are unprofessional and have substandard food at this location.

Store manager Kevin incompetent and ignorant. Called to complain about receiving wrong delivery order. He did not try to fix or take accountability for the issue. He was quick to put blame on delivery driver. He was rude and hung phone up on me. Never even received my food after waiting for over an hour.

I have a allergy to cheese and called ahead to make sure there would be no parmesan on my breadsticks, after talking to Kyle, they made sure I got my order perfectly! There was no parmesan or garlic which is exactly what I wanted! Not even a speck!

Worst experience. High prices and low quality of food and staff. The size of the ramekins of marinara sauce have been cut in half and they wanted almost $2 for an extra container. A one ounce ramekin of sauce is barely enough for 2 bread sticks. Staff were not friendly and unprofessional. I don’t want to hear swear words and all about someone’s party plans while I get my food. I’ve always loved pizza hut but I’ll NEVER come back, especially to the Fall River store. What a joke!

I went to buy a dinner box and asked for cheese bread instead of breadstick and when I open the box what is there is breadstick and I go and tell the girl that they gave me what was not and the girl insisted that it was cheese bread and she didn’t want to change it.
