What is happening to the PIZZA in New Haven? This place has gone downhill since the absence of Gus. I ordered a bacon sausage pizza and it is overcooked, it’s dry. I also ordered wings, which they appear to still be moving. I called PIZZA HOUSE directly to inform them of the quality of their food. The person who answered speaks very little to no English. When I asked to speak to someone as we have a language barrier, he declined. I told him I was going to write a review it’s not gonna be good and to check with his cooks before sending food out as moving forward it should be better quality. I contacted Uber eats. Hopefully I’ll get some type of monetary refund. I will never order from PIZZA HOUSE again. This is unacceptable. The only thing they have going for them is FOXON PARK!

The taste of the pizza is not the same! Pizza House used to be good vintage pizza, like the BEST but not any more. I called in an order, came to pick it up and when I arrived I was told they don’t have an order for me. I showed the guy Luis my phone, he saw that I called and what time I called, I even dialed back the number to which there business phone began to ring, they all just looked at me completely dumbfounded. At that point I didn’t even care to spend my money there and walked out. It’s just sad how this place has gone down. I know Mr. Papdopoulos would not approve, at all!

So mad i order from Uber eats and they was playing with my food . I called because my Uber eats person said they was giving them issues when I called the guy had a nasty rude mean attitude this was today so I contacted Uber eats supper an got me a full refund back I use to come here as a child now I would never ever get anything agin it so sad the person who was there passed it was so pleasant an food was way much better I’m done supporting officially

No frills corner pizza shop was excellent, pizza was cut into squares, which is just a note, not any detractor. Staff was nice, take out was busy, dine in was nice and quiet

Absolutely loveeeee Pizza House. I love New York pizza but every time I visit New Haven it’s a MUST HAVE! Fav is pepperoni! We always eat in, nice cute place never crowded but a minute never goes by without someone picking up an order cause it’s soo good! Great service 🙂

My daughter does her HAPPY DANCE every time she comes back in town to get her sausage pizza from Pizza House! She has traveled to the east coast, midwest, and the west coast. NEVER has she found a great tasting pizza ANYWHERE. I grew up going to this restaurant, over 30 years. I like that the large pizzas are cut in squares. My young nephews also enjoy the sausage pizza.
