I love Pizza Hotline! The pizza is delicious and well made. Delivery is fast and courteous. My only complaint was last delivery the pizza was either dropped or slid because the toppings had all shifted to one side. I was able to fix it and rewarm.

Great hometown pizza place that’s arguably the best in the area. Fresh dough, ingredients, and service make Pizza Hotline an easy choice. The crust is on the doughy side but that doesn’t hold it back. Solid football pizza.

Great local Pizza joint. Pizza & Wings are my top order. However, they have great pasta dishes & subs as well. (Momma usually gets the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo) And, as long as I have been ordering from Hotline, they have been running a promo where, if you provide 5 receipts of $20+ orders, they give you a FREE Large (16″) Pizza. Seems pretty fair.

So I was told that I needed to make sure that I ordered the combo online when I wanted a drink and chips with our subs. I made sure that I ordered correctly this time, and they still did not deliver my drink or my chips. I realize that it’s not a big deal, but I paid money for this food and did not get what I paid for.

We have been purchasing from Pizza Hotline for too many years to remember. Every time we meet a new face they seem well trained and well taken care off as an employee. When employees are happy with their employer it shows in their service. I believe we have only had one issue in the past 15 years or so and it was handled immediately and perfectly. I love the different choices they offer and feel their prices are very competitive. This review goes for the business in Charlotte Hall and La Plata, along with when we see them at the Charles County Fair. Great Job guys, keep up the personable business structure.

Always provides quick and delicious service; I have been a customer for the last two years since I transferred to this area and they have become my sole source for pizza. The staff is always friendly and the shop is well maintained and clean. I have never used the delivery service, so I cannot speak to their efficiency on that front, but I must re-iterate that their staff/management seem to take a great deal of pride in their work. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for reasonably priced pizza, provided with care and professionalism.
