We just waited TWO hours for a LARGE pizza, American Hoagie, garlic bread, chicken fingers and fries. Gave an $8.00 tip… There is no possible way this is a large pizza. I call and the woman wants to offer me 10% off my next order, i said oh hell no i waited two hours for this. I offer to send her pictures she tells me 20% off your next order is all i can do. There will never be a next time. I get things are hard right now but refunding the pizza would have been the right thing to do. Yes she offered to make another one and bring it. We just waited for this one, its 9:00pm. I am beyond furious. Things are extremely expensive right now and we are getting ripped off, its not fair. I wish i could add a picture to this post. So everyone could see, its not right.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a large 1/2 plain 1/2 mushroom pizza. After waiting an hour and half for my food and paying $39.00 ($5.00 tip included), I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The only meat that was on it was meatball, sausage, and pepperoni on a single layer of pizza. Let’s not forget that the toppings did not even cover the whole pizza. John’s pizza certainly makes a much better meat lovers pie. The taste of the 1/2plain 1/2 mushroom was ok. But that was the first and last time I will be ordering anything from pizza hell.

I live in the neighborhood right next to this pizza place, I could literally walk there in about 3 minutes. Everytime I order food from there it tell me about a half an hour. After an hour-and-a-half awaiting I have to call to find out where my food is. It’s becoming a habit usually about an hour and a half to two hours later I will receive a cold Pizza.

I ordered from pizza haven for a delivery so my parents who live out of state could enjoy a cheesesteak. Never again. I was so disappointed. The roll is stale, there is barely any meat, couldn’t find the cheese and the delivery driver wreaked of pot so bad it turned my stomach.

Ordered takeout through the slice app and never received the order, called to find out where my order was and was told it was delivered but the order was not delivered to my house, they acted as if they did nothing wrong and did not even try to fix the situation. I will never order from them again, especially if their driver just hands your food off to anyone not even making sure they’re at the correct address. Ridiculous!!

We waited 2 hours for our food. Which okay we understand things happen, you get busy, but then when we got our food all of our wraps were wrong and the fries were cold. The sandwiches didn’t taste good. When we called they didn’t offer a credit or anything. Hopefully it was just a bad night.
