I come here all the time to do deliveries and always noticed that they’re usually late. Also the dining area just opened up and the bathroom is out of order for no reason and has been out of order for a long time which is unacceptable when you have the dining hall open! Also they have stacks of pizza boxes in the back which I absolutely hate it makes it look like a storage unit or a cluttered mess. They also have a trash can randomly in the back that’s face the other way totally unprofessional. Not only that the floors are always dirty and also the countertops as well. Also they only have five chairs total inside and two tables look so bad! I don’t recommend coming here they are understaffed and poorly managed hopefully they can start getting their stuff together cuz they do make good pizzas.

We ordered pizza directly from their website, the menu seems to be good and have variety. You can find promo codes on retailmenot or few other website, otherwise they large pizza seems pricey. Good thing is that we could order half and half of different combination. It was delivered on time, however the pizza was greasy and not up to satisfaction, especially for the price.

I placed a delivery catering order for 7 pizzas and 2 salads. The delivery was very late, which I was very understanding of… but they forgot all of the pizzas. Only showed up with 2 salads for my large event, and then would not deliver the pizzas afterwards. Manager was not empathetic or understanding at all, despite it fully being their mistake. Would never ever trust this location unfortunately. Thankfully my money was refunded but still, my event suffered due to this.

First time ordering from Pizza Guys last night. The quality of pizza is amazing BUT THE COSTUMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I had specific questions that the NEW hire didn’t know answers too but the manager refused to get on the phone when I asked to speak with them. The poor girl was so confused and embarrassed as she stood in the middle of me trying to speak to the manager to clarify my questions. On top of that, the pizza was made incorrectly and came late. Even when I called back the girl still had no idea how to help and the manager wouldn’t get on the phone. Like I said, pizza quality was great but I would think twice because of the terrible costumer service. You guys should really work on that.

Ordered a pizza. Delivered promptly and tip given. We began eating and the pizza was SOOOO greasy and oily. It was disgusting. So we call and complain and they say we’ll deliver another pizza just give us what’s left, It was over a half of pizza. The Delivery driver was beyond rude. Decided to just throw away the replacement because I don’t feel comfortable eating it after that. Will never order from pizza guys again.
