We were such loyal customers of this place for many years, but recent issues have driven us back into the arms of Papa John’s. First of all, the last 5 times we tried to order online, the coupon codes would not apply and our order was overcharged, resulting in a phone call to the store each time to get the order fixed. This was accomplished with varying degrees of time & difficulty, depending on the employee with whom we spoke—some not as well-trained as others.

We got dinner here last night. We got a stuffed crust large pizza that was half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. We also got the cheesy bread and the pizza cookie. It was expensive for the size and quality of the products. The taste was so so and the pizza cookie was very salty. We got ice cream to go with it, it’s inedible without ice cream. Service was good and food was ready on time.

The customer service is amazing, as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged, and asked if I was ready to order. Pizza sizes are reasonable and made within 20minutes, you can purchase a large as seen below(the California garlic chicken in the left and, Hawaiian delight on the right) for about $26.00 per pizza, and some change. Most visitors would order online and pick up, but they also deliver. It was so interesting to just sit and watch the employees arriving with their empty pizza bags in large crowds and then heading back out with another set of orders. If you do not order in advance and have to wait, there is a TV to the left of the room playing while you wait.

We ordered the 5 cheese pizza with stuffes crust online. It was very good! I have no complaints. I highly recommend it. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

So I’m a trucker stuck outside a business for 12 hours that you deliver to . and cant leave because of electriconic logs .I asked for delivery and even offered a $20 tip, lady going to have manager call me back ..I call back an hour later. No manager , called back 3 hours later put on hold for 10 minutes and then got hung up on.. really? I’m human, stuck and hungry and offering good money. I hope your delivery truck shows up a week later so u have no product and sent home without a paycheck…rude

Picked up pizza, and got a free 2 liter of soda, which is always awesome. We ordered the impossible beef bbq pizza with extra sauce, and they did NOT disappoint! It was sooooo good! Honestly our favorite pizza place around. Great pizza and great prices.

We were staying at The Best Western plus along Nugget Ave & this was an option for delivery. It took about 45+ minutes but it was still warm when it got to us. Flavor & price were on point. Just did smalls- would have wished for utensils & plates since it was a Grub-hub order but I tore off the top of one box & used it as a plate

They do not honor their coupons. Says UNLIMITED 12.00 one topping pizzas. Would not honor the unlimited. I was feeding 4 hungry movers.

I have always thought that great pizza can only be found in a few pizza boutique! Okay, I was wrong! Pizza Guys’ pizza was so delicious, I nearly had a stroke! As soon as I tasted my first Pizza Guys’ pizza (pepperoni), I instantly realized that they don’t skimp on quality ingredients, even though using high quality ingredients is very expensive and reduces their profit! I’m don’t work for Pizza Guys and Im not getting paid to write this! I’m being completely honest and sincere! I’m extremely impressed with Pizza Guys’ total focus on Quality and Perfection!
