Ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was good but the wings were tiny. I’ve never had someone sell wings so small especially with them charging $13.99 for 10. I also asked for Lemon Pepper and received unsauced wings that were burnt. Very disappointed

This place has changed names and management over the years. Pizza Fuego definitely has great taste. Bacon pineapple barbecue sauce pizza is my family’s favorite.

Service has depreciated in the last few months. When calling to place an order they never answer the phone. If the call gets answered they put you on hold for a long time before taking your order. When you arrive to place the order in person since they never answered the phone, the representative seems irritated because you are there trying to buy food. The food handlers seem to be running like chickens without their head. It’s funny that while you are at the store, the phone rings, rings and rings and no one answers (disappointing) the phone. When you finally get your order, it has less cheese and pepperoni than before (if you are going to increase the price at least keep the same amount of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza). After 4 displeased experiences, I gave it one last opportunity but it was an epic fail, again. New personnel seem not want to provide a superior customer experience since they are all there to do the bare minimum. I WAS a customer since 2013 back when this place was called Fast 5 Pizza but not no more.

I’m not sure what I did to offend the girl at the register but I came in and asked to place an order about 30 minutes before they closed and she told me they were no longer serving food for the night. I have no idea why you would claim to be open until 10 and stop serving customers at 9:35. Then as I got in my car I watched her serve 6 new customers that walked in over the next 5 minutes. The food’s pretty good, I just wish the service matched it.

I ordered a double mushroom, the deliverer told me when he arrived at the restaurant, they told him “they didn’t hear the notification for the order” so they had to start the pizza and it would be delayed. OVER AN HOUR LATER, they say they don’t have mushrooms and canceled my order. 2 hour wait for no food. Driver said that location has frequent issues.

I wish I could give it no stars. My sister and I went here on June 18. The cashier that took our phone order was great. There was a mix-up, our fault, and she was great about explaining the confusion. However the cook was being down right abusive to the cashier and us. The manager was walking around listening to all this. When we insisted that he talk to us, he said he believed we were told to get out.
