I usually eat at the Shorewood location. The first time here was unpleasant. The food was very greasy. People were not polite. 3 teens who clearly didn’t care. It was unorganized.. some food was in the heater waiting, others were spread out in various locations in the counter

Ordered my pregnancy cravings a taco salad and breaded mushrooms. They only made the breaded mushrooms. They did offer to make the taco salad then but I only had permission to leave work to quickly pick up my food. Didn’t have time to wait.

Not from the area. Staying with grandchildren so ordered three pizzas. I had to keep repeating the order and then was never asked the address for delivery. I asked the person on the phone if he’s like to know where to deliver it. I said the address and even spelled the street name 5 times, when he asked for it again I asked for a manager. Pizzas came 1 hr and twenty minutes later but only had two pizzas. Almost 50$ for one small, one medium and a bottle of pop. Delivery person was rude and said that if wanted the third pizza to call and pay for it. Unfortunately the one missing was the plain one for my small grandkids. I ended up cooking them something else to eat.
