I’d been ordering for several years and the pizza was consistently good. We cater parties several times a year at the business I work at down the road as well. Yesterday I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni pie and picked it up. It had a minimal amount of pepperoni on it and tasted like it was re-cooked from the previous day. I called the next day and the “manager” wanted me to bring the pie back so he could examine it. Refused any sort of satisfaction with the issue. Never going back again. Will order from a different place next time we need catering. What a shame. With regard to “Owner” (who I thought I spoke to yesterday and basically said he didn’t care if I came back) there won’t be a next time.

Best pizza joint in Florida NY. Pizza Express has the bomb pizza, hero’s, wings, etc etc. Friendly and professional staff from the front end to the delivery drivers, delivery is always quick and on point. This place is our go-to pizzeria and never disappoints!!

typically when we order from here we get wings. every time i’ve ordered anything besides wings, i have not been happy. Family had wanted to get food from here. this time, i ordered a turkey, lettuce, tomato, american cheese, onion and mayo sub. we’ll let the picture do all of the talking. how embarrassing to receive THIS. will be taking a break from ordering from this establishment because i am beyond disappointed time and time AGAIN. absolutely ridiculous. don’t waste your time people.

So disappointed as the food is usually good. Ordered large pizza and bone in wings with soda. I picked up my order, took home. I had boneless wings, blue cheese dsg warm;pizza very dry. Called them back and they wanted me to bring food back. Would take hr to do all that travelling.

Food was great! Stopped in because we had to get a tire at mavis on the way back upstate. Glad i stumbled across this place! The pinwheels were savory and delicious and the garlic knots were superb! My fiance really enjoyed her buffalo chicken pizza. 10/10 would stop here again.

In the area for business and tired of the same old offerings so found this place to order delivery to my hotel. Disappointed to say the least. After all was said and done spent $42.88 for a sub, 2 sodas and wings. The upcharges for adding a few generic hot peppers and 2 slices of pepperoni ($2.50) The sub was mostly bread, took over an hour to deliver (told me 30-45). Bottom of sub was soggy and fell apart after sticking to the container. Boneless wings were so dry and lacking “hot sauce” threw them away after trying 2 of them. All that money and didn’t even have the decency to provide napkins when they knew they were delivering to a hotel. This place is on my never again list. Not sure why I woudl even give 3 stars to a one star place. Reading reviews and the same canned responses from the managers here make me regret my decisions. This is going on Yelp too.
