I got a Hawaiian 502 and the Veggie knots and they were perfect! My order was ready 10 minutes before the estimated pick up time. I got the Hawaiian 502 with Vegan cheese (I am lactose intolerant) and they were kind enough to double check and make sure I was not actually Vegan when I picked up because the Hawaiian pizza has meat on it. The service and pizza were amazing!

I ordered a calzone with slight variation. I’ve ordered 6 or more times now. went from a $18-$20 calzone to a $35 calzone. I was a little surprised when he read the price and said with all of that it’s gonna be a 35 dollar calzone man. I said I’ve ordered before, and it’s not been close to that. He said it’s always been that. I’ve lived a block away for over 8 years. this fresh one wants to act like I don’t know he’s new. all aside. Food’s normally quality, don’t appreciate the attitude from the new blond guy in the back.

My first experience with Pizza Donisi was a success. This is truly a hidden gem. The Old Louisville Supreme pizza and fried zucchini sticks were fresh and hot. Great customer service I will be back to try something else.

I understand that people get frustrated when they get backed up on work,but for there to be someone literally slamming doors and snapping at their coworkers is uncalled for. It makes me not want to come back. I love the pizzas. The food is always good. But when one guy makes people he woks with literally walk out in frustration, it makes for a rough night for everyone.

Closed a whole hour early. I came in at 1am ( it’s listed be open til 2am). They were still open then but the guy that walked right in the door at the same time I did was apparently the boss and yelled to them to wrap it up. The good customer service thing to do would’ve been to make me the last customer, but instead the girl said they’re closed and all she could offer was a food like fried ravioli. Something I definitely wasn’t coming for. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
